Was wondering if there are any baptists or born again christian types on UMD that are also very much into wet & messy and if so does one thing contradict the other? Send a message if you want to chat about it
Interesting question, any reason you asked for BaC or Baptists in particular?
I would like to know if WAM or in fact any kinks are forbidden in religious scripts. Obviously sodomy is a no-no in the bible, and there are passages that say women shouldn't be dominant over men, but I can't think of any verse that says not to tie up your partner, or get turned on in any particular way.
Have we discovered a work-around for the reach-around?
Christian here, about WAM, I wouldn't say having a kink violates any word in the Bible.
If you are thinking about "having sex while playing wam", I think the focus point should be on the sex part instead of the wet & messy part. (for example sex before married, gay/lesbian sex etc. are forbitten according to the Bible)
In short, I don't think God would be that mad if we made ourself wet or messy, though God might be a bit sad cuz we waste food and water.
I would like to think that God has better things to do than keep track of what the sex habits were of those who believe in God. I am pretty sure since it ended up in the Bible, there was no issue with Lot's daughters getting him drunk in a cave and raping him. If incest is approved in the Bible, I am sure anyone who has any kind of sexual kinks among consenting adults is "approved".
2/1/23, 9:59am: Poster confirmed that they are not promoting being drunk in a sexual or fetishistic context and that promoting about incest in a sexual or fetishistic manner
I ask because I'm Born Again Christian but not particularly religious. I became born again because I wanted to experience Water Baptism by Total Immersion. I've experienced it 5 times in differing denominations now and would quite happily do it several more times if I can.
If anyone else has been baptised like this, I'd like to know how you differentiated it from say taking a fully clothed bath.
I feel like it would differ because with a bath you're just sitting in there and having a soak whereas with baptism you do get soaked as well but I also think that once you fully submerge something it gets wet instantly.
With that being said- I wonder if it would be more comfortable to get baptized in say, a hoodie (I know someone who wore one for hers) as opposed to a dress or a shirt.
Which brings me to my next point- someone should do like "baptism into the church of WAM videos where they introduce new models by "baptizing" them in gunge or something. I would say have someone wear a priest costume and just imitate a baptism for the purpose of getting someone wet fully clothed. But my inner Catholic guilt says no to both of these things.
Do you have a kink around getting fully submerged baptized in your clothes? It had never clicked with me that it could be a thing. I always figured spiritual people would not mix their kinks and spirituality. That could be a cool custom having models line up and be "baptized".
I don't think water baptism is a bad thing as long as you truly believe in Jesus, but you shouldn't do it multiple times just because you love to get soaked.
I do think you need to rethink about your action as you said you like to get wet so you love "Water Baptism"
In response to what Alanna said- I feel like that would be getting similar to volunteering to be a plant on a game show where they select "random" people from the audience to play messy games.
Your thing about kinks and spirituality got me thinking- this world is so big that for all of the content on this site and YouTube (I've seen compilations on wetlook forums that are like a YouTube link and then a description saying "baptism, a shirt and jeans), there's definitely like some church on a tropical island somewhere that does beach baptisms and has had someone wear a sundress to get baptized. But I'm also not desperate enough for stuff to do it to that I'm about to Google "adult baptism beach" so I have no idea.
