Wow! In that second pic she looks just like Judith Light from "Who's the Boss?"
Random thought, maybe it's been done before. Have her do the "Peter Piper" tongue twister but change the words starting with "Peter Pier" of course. If she gets it right she gets some fictional prize (say $50). On every mistake a box sitting next to her buzzes and she gets a pie in the face. Could also have a 20 second time limit which if not met results in a horn going off and a splash of say chocolate syrup from above. Finally she gets it right (and on time) "ding, ding, ding, ding!", and slams the table in celebration which makes the buzzer get stuck resulting in say five quick succession pies before she can fix it. A light on the box would be a nice touch too (and maybe a visible countdown clock).
Probably take quite a bit of rehearsal, but could be a slapstick gem.

Classy lookin broad like that needs to be dressed in a sexy evening gown with her hair and makeup done up nicely, and then pied a couple times, covered with pudding, then stripped and finished off.
