Hello! Im truly in love with metallic paint and i have one question... Does anybody know, what kind of gold/silver paint is used in "Japanese" videos of this content? I tried Mehron several times, yeah, it looked really shiny, also my eyes were fully covered BUT when i blinked several times, it flushed away partially. And the thing is, they have litres of that paint. i think i need better and longer coverage, like girls on the pics. (sorry for my eng. im from Europe, i hope you understand what i mean )
I believe that they use a more industrial product - http://www.matsuo-sangyo.co.jp/en/products/bronze_powder.html mixed with some kind of oil. The ratio of powder to oil (and the resulting thickness of the combination) determines how well the eyes can blink it away, I think. I've always assumed that the sheer volume of "paint" that the Japanese video producers use means that the models' eyes also can't quickly blink it away.

In my latest mehron video, i did a higher ratio of powder to oil and it was really cool because it covered my eyes. it blinks out after a few blinks but you pour it again and it happens again. it was a very cool look! most people cant stand the feeling but i dont mind it. my last paint shoot? it happend there too! i had latex paint coating my eyes! it was very neat looking and can be blinked out. just take care of the eyes afterwards. use lots of eye drops so it can help your body naturally blink it away and DO NOT WEAR CONTACTS! wear your glasses a few days if you need to!
