Some of the models I've worked with lately are into the anti-hair-removal thing, which seems to be a pretty polarizing outlook. Even as a guy, I nair my arms, keep my pits shaved, and usually get my back waxed too. I'm not super into body hair, but some people see it from a social stigma angle (personally I'm just not a fan of the texture) and make a statement by keeping theirs. One thing that makes it interesting in the WAM context, is the combination of body hair and sticky substances. Does presence of hair influence your desire to witness a scene? Two of my newest models Tigress and Douxx Spectre both keep body hair, but to differing degrees.

Most of the hairy girls I know stay clean and good smelling but just don't like the troubles of hair removal. I am a major texturephile so the feeling of shaved body parts against other shaved parts is amazing. Also the feeling of fresh shaved skin hopping j to satin bed sheets is legendary.
Very much a matter of personal taste - and what you're used to. Most of us probably prefer women with hairless legs and arms (and faces!) - or at least not prominent body hair.
But liking (or not) pubic or armpit hair is probably more contentious and has a lot to do with our age and culture. I'm not keen on armpit hair - but short and kempt I really don't mind it.
The presence of some pubic hair is a must for me, I'm afraid. I recently downloaded a WSM movie from 1986. All the glamour models have pubic hair - which seems to me, normal. Until 2005 (according to South Park), it was quite expected - and the norm - for women to have at least some pubic hair. Back in the day, discovering a model had a shaved pubis immediately gave them away as an XXX actress and actually stripped away any 'mystique' they might have created convincing you she was a 'girl next door'.
I've never had a partner who completely shaved there either.
BTW. The presence of hair - or not - has no bearing on hygiene or odour. That myth has come about as a 'excuse' to make (particularly young) people feel pressurised into removing it.

I am a fan of 1980's Playboy style bush! To me the bald pussy is the fetish. But that is how I first saw pussy as a teen back then. The '90's shaving pussy was the kinky fetish. Now on the other hand, I do notice hairy armpits or legs... No, just please no. There are a lot of lorn models now growi,g out bush like Riley Reid and Adriana Checick. That is sexy to me. They shave the labia having smooth, easy to eat pussy, but a wonderful full patch of bush to pet above. Mindy Mink at Messygirl looked great in Pieagara vid with her fuzzy pussy. I also love Maria's bush too, aka mypierogative.
Curiously, I am old enough to remember 1970s stuff (I am 57 btw!) when pubic hair was normal, but I just don't like it. I really like the modern fully shaved no pubes look.

Sadly you've been brainwashed by the beauty and modeling industry. Hair exists for a reason and actual helps keep you clean and smelling fresh, especially with women's most intimate bits. All this douche, shave, etc isn't helping anyone's natural balance. Everyone has a right to be into any look they want, of course. I'm simply saying... don't make this about hygiene. I love having smooth legs because they feel good rubbing on sheets, thighs, mess, and whatever else haha! I shaved my bush off a few days ago for a shoot because I knew it was preferred, and it isn't a huge deal to me. I quickly remembered why I prefer a bush two days later though. ha! It's a giant pain. Especially having to keep it up almost daily in order to keep my clit pleasure at a max without uncomfortable weird stubble. (And no. Fuck everyone. I'm not getting waxed. It's expensive and takes yes.... a lot of money and effort, and scares me! Ha!) So this isn't about "making an effort." It's about my personal comfort and pleasure, which will always come first over some dude that wants to look or touch my naked body. If someone doesn't find me sexy because of my hair... well, what do you say? Dunno. Everything for me comes back to why is someone doing what they are doing? Is it for their own comfort or for other people's? I immediately am more attracted to people doing things because it makes them happy and comfortable, and if someone doesn't like something but does it because OTHER people like it... that's straight away unsexy to me. Man, woman, whatever.
Lmao!! Ha! Sorry, another tirade! Everyone like what ya like and do whatcha wanna, as long as it's for you, and not because of what other people think. BUT DONT INSINUATE MY PUSSY IS UNHYGIENIC BECAUSE OF HAIR.
I prefer to see men without body hair getting messy but can take it or leave it with women. A lot of the Messygirl models have thick bushes and its pretty sexy seeing it all matted down by pies and slime.
This is ridiculous. When did natural become disgusting and gross? Hair grows in dark places we sweat for a reason.... and I'm pretty sure it's to keep us clean... not to give us "B.O." Sorry I just hate coming in here and seeing people's looks picked apart. For whatever reason. Again with the men picking apart what makes women sexy. I'm speaking up because I don't give two fucks what anyone thinks. But people do. Men and women in this community. Just make your videos. Have fun. Hire who you like! Hire who is fun! Hire who you personally find attractive for whatever reason. It doesn't matter. I just don't see the purpose of this thread. So what? You won't hire the two girls that you think might stink because of body hair again if the polls come back negative? Or you'll put up with them despite your personal disgust because the polls say other people like them? I'm just looking out for my peeps here that are judging themselves based on this stupid poll.
I don't think that there can be a hard and fast rule. Legs and backs, to choose two parts of the body at random, aren't usually hairy to the same extent. As with most things, you've got to ask yourself what looks good and what you're comfortable with and count yourself lucky if you've got more of it on your head than I have.....
I didn't say I wouldn't hire them because of my preferences for hair. In fact I'll likely work with both of them again. I just mentioned I prefer not to have hair myself.
I just don't see the purpose of this thread.
The purpose is market research. As a producer who spends money hiring models and has to recoup that money by selling the scenes we produce, if a certain look has more fans than others, I am more likely to invest in more models with that look. It's simple economics.

Sorry I've just seen so many posts where you make content that you like and just how you like it, and you have fun with it. So this was just disappointing to me. Falling into the "what's popular" trap. Or "Market research" as you put it. Since I first saw your content I've always loved your enthusiasm for bright colors and what pops and is hot to you. So I just found this post dissapointing on a personal level, as well as on the level of me being a outspoken model on this body shame shit. Not saying it was intentional... but I'm telling you, models are here reading and then looking at themselves in the mirror. Just do you man. Enjoy the fetish and make your content. I guarantee hair isn't going to make any big difference to your income. If you want to be a millionaire you probably should branch outside of WAM. Ive met and had conversations with so many producers about this. Sales never make sense. You think a scenes the best ever and you work really hard on it and no one buys it, then you have one you didn't work hard at and it's a best seller. There's no rhyme or reason. Check out the producer forums it probably on there too.
To anyone thinking I'm being an asshole or "over reacting" , feck off! Don't care. I care about people loving getting messy, embracing it no matter what shape, size, race, sexual orientation, or amount of hair. Anyway, good luck. I hope your sales rock ass and that you do WAM the way you want to. Much love
I personally find the shaved pubic region boring and lacking in adornment. I'm not hardcore in requiring armpit hair, but it can be interesting to look at. I just don't understand why people prefer shaved women. I look for the existence of bush when I'm considering whether to pay for a scene or not. A model would have to have everything else in my top 1% preference-wise for me to pay for a vid when there's no hair down there. In fact, I've done customs that stipulate "if it's shaved, please keep the panties on so I don't know that and can pretend it isn't."
Different strokes for different folks of course, but the pro-shaved people tend to be militant and rude to models who aren't (generalization made from watching many threads, look at my "joined" date to get a clue how many), so I won't state my own preference timidly.
Personally, I find smooth armpits to be incredibly attractive. As far as bush goes, as long as it's not particularly long, I don't mind either way. Personally, I'd prefer if it were covered up with some sexy lingerie which could leave it to my imagination.

But, if she doesn't use one I guess I subconsciously think she's less likely to use the other.
Maybe you do think that, but that thought is just wrong (and sexist). Apart from trimming my beard, I've never done a thing to remove hair from my body. And yet I also hate feeling sweaty or hot, so I bathe twice a day (sometimes more in the summer). I don't know where you get this connection that being hairy equals an aversion to hygiene.
Myds said: I look for the existence of bush when I'm considering whether to pay for a scene or not.
Yep. Bare cooters are a specific turn-off for me. And widespread fetish porn arrived right around the same time pubic hair disappeared from porn, which has been a lifelong boner-killer for me.
Everyone is going straight to armpits and legs, but I love the look of hairy arms or downy backs and stomachs when women have those. (There's a fetish just for hairy arms - Rule 34.) Then all of a sudden women started shaving and waxing all of that, too. I'm glad normal body hair, not to mention bush, are making even a little bit of a comeback, not to mention body hair, especially now that HD can show so much detail in terms of skin texture that you could never see on video.
Incidentally, they say that the reason Marilyn Monroe photographed so beautifully is that her skin was covered with fine blonde hair.
I don't really understand why it's necessary to complain about someone's opinions here. He's not saying that it's necessarily true that body hair equates to poor hygiene, but it's an honest opinion that's worth taking into consideration when creating producer clips.
The WAM audience is incredibly fickle and extremely specific in their tastes. I'm sure that there are quite a few people who would feel the same way, even if they don't generally put it into words. Any information about tastes is valuable to take into consideration when understanding your audience.
And yes, we're all human. We all objectify people and form baseless opinions about them, whether we want to admit to it or not. Personally, the rational voice inside me would say to not judge a book by its cover, but the quick-judgement, heuristic side of me would form similar quick judgements like a woman who doesn't shave her legs or armpits not caring about her appearance.
The quick-judgement side is simply an evolutionary trait there to help with selecting a viable mate. I don't like hairy legs and armpits, so my brain tells me that a woman who has them isn't suitable for me, and I should move along. The way it does this is by forming an image in my mind which is negative. Everyone does this, but for some reason, it's become taboo to even discuss it or admit to it.
ABGamma, I'm happy we are having this discussion. I already said I'm not attacking anyone. I'm just saying my opinion on the topic as well. Has far as sales and customers... seriously, it isn't going to affect any of it. If you find that it does, please let us know. Because I'd be blown away if body hair is directly affecting sales in WAM.
I'm sure everyone has their own checklist of things they use to decide whether to buy any given scene, which will include how much they like the model, but I'd expect from a wide variety of factors like personality and "sparkle" as well as just their appearance.
Personally when deciding who to shoot with the over-riding characteristic is "does this model enjoy getting wet and messy". That over-rides everything else, I'd far rather shoot with "ordinary" looking people who are really into what they're doing that celebrity-standard folk who are obviously just doing it to get paid. That look you get when a model is having mess poured into her trousers and you can tell she's genuinely enjoying how it feels, you can't buy that.
When buying scenes, hair or otherwise makes no difference, my own main checklist is:
Do I like the model(s) outfit(s)?
Do they look like they are enjoying what they're doing?
Has it been filmed properly so you can see the action clearly?
Does whatever's hapening in the scene look like something either I'd like to do to someone else, or have done to myself?

Although it's absolute garbage, there's a reason Conexao Models/Chega Mais has survived three years. In picking women to appear on the show, they try to appeal to the lowest common denominator of the population by having women (and men) with a very specific look that appeals to the broadest audience:
Just look at that page. The women on the show are nearly identical. I used to be able to tell some of them apart back in the olden days of Chega Mais, but I gave up on that a long time ago when the show stopped caring.
When it comes down to it, all else being equal, if one clip has women that are considered to be more attractive than another, people will buy that clip first. In general, society views shaved armpits, legs, facial hair, etc. as more attractive than having hair in those places (just look at Megan Fox). The result is that while they may or may not drive the decision entirely, they surely have an impact on sales, and may be worth considering when designing a clip.
Drat! My clever scheme to make time with the ladies by virtue signaling on a sex fetish forum has been foiled. Whatever will I do for companionship now?
I actually do want to fuck Regis based solely on this thread.
And I am the hugest fan of ladies doing whatever the fuck they want, including choosing not to shave / wax if they don't want to. It's a personal choice and has nothing at all to do with hygiene.
If a man said to me that a woman who doesn't shave "hasn't made the effort" and "probably stinks," that would be a complete and immediate turn off. To each his own, sure, but I'd never be with someone who felt hairlessness was required of women.
Well, we are discussing what we find sexually attractive, and sexist attitudes are personally repulsive to me, on and offline.
MessyHot, I really appreciate that you've always seemed to pride yourself on shooting "unique" girls and mess. I love that you've shot a cute girl with natural armpit hair getting messy to begin with. You have a cool thing going! This is an interesting enough topic, but if your goal is truly market research, I generally don't think threads like this give any real indication of what people will buy. There are so many bizarre niche tastes and opinionated non-buyers here, trying to cater to them is usually a losing game.
For the record, I think all of your girls are lovely and none of their looks / specific characteristics are a problem; what's missing for me are fluffy pies. I would watch any one of them get totally nailed with pies.
To bring this back on topic, I submit Messygirl Connie's epic messy bush.
