Have you discovered any unique or different ways to indulge in a classic self pie/gunge session?

Or ways to build up the anticipation / add to the experience such as playing games online while losing results in a sloppy forfeit?

Sometimes I like pretending I'm an actor and I have to follow the script, no matter what happens to me. And of course the script involves getting humiliated and covered with mess

Try using AI to help write a script - I've used prompts like "I'm producing a short funny video that involves a female humiliating a male by covering him with various sweet desserts. Write me a line-by-line script that includes 5 humiliating insults, each paired with a dessert items being thrown at the male." Insert exactly the food items you have on hand and see where it goes!

For anticipation: I generate my script and practice my lines for a few days before the shoot

My slide is also a good way to force it but not practical for all LOL.

I like to put sealed cartons of custard in my shirt, button it up and flop on my chest/ stomach popping them open.

Fill a balloon with mess but twist the top, don't tie. Put it in you clothes and roll around a bit until it unties and sprays.
Also cover the balloon in baby oil so it won't stick to the skin, but also weakens the rubber and can sometimes cause it to burst instead.


Another way is to use the balloon of mess as a musturbation aid, but use vampire gloves to rub it. Harder you press, more likely to pop.
