What are your thoughts on wetlook AI? I see a lot of it posted online, and not much of it looks very realistic. But I have found ways to make it look more so, and I do believe it's pretty close to the real thing
But is it worthwhile to produce and post?
I'm interested in the opinions here. Thanks!

I believe what I have produced is much closer to reality but obviously it isn't going to be 100 percent the real thing. But it's definitely getting closer than some of what I've seen.
In my opinion wetlook is art. In order to make art, you have to be creative. In order to be creative you have to be capable of independent thought. AI is NOT capable of independent thought. I understand that there are people that are embracing AI as art. If they feel that AI is better than developing the talent themselves and putting their best efforts out there, you do you. I am glad there is a filter here so I don't have to see the synthetic stuff.
Supporting AI is robbing the value that artists provide. AI is a slap to the face to people that work hard to develop their craft. There are studio execs that have said they should just have to pay an actor for example, for 8 hours of work. They can then take that work and put it into AI and now they have that actor's work forever. All the big companies have been caught using the content of artists without their permission to train their AI. Facebook torrented books to train their AI. They couldn't even be bothered to rent the books from a damn online library which is FREE.
Nice, but has the same problems almost all AI wetlook I've seen does - the clothes look as if they are made of plastic. I've tried various AI art generators, and while I can churn out images of women wearing boilersuits in lakes of mud to my heart's content, they almost always appear to be wearing PVC, not fabric. There's a very subtle distinction between "wet cloth" and "waterproofs", plus because it's been trained on generalised stuff, the AI thinks the only clothes anyone would wear in a wet or mucky situation are waterproof ones.
On a more general level, I don't think AI art will replace modelled scenes, rather it gives a whole new creative outlet for people to generate their own fantasies. This probably will affect producer sales because at least some people who would previously have purchased content will instead pay for access to an AI generator that produces the kind of content they want to see. But I don't think anyone is ever going to make a living selling AI-generated WAM scenes, rather the money will be in providing the facilities to enable people to bring their own fantasies to life. And there will always be at least some market for modelled scenes because people like to know that a real live breathing person actually experienced the sensations of getting soaked fully clothed.
Plus we are still at the early stages of what AI will eventually be capable of. To use the development of steam locomotives as a comparison, two years ago we were at the "Puffing Billy" stage - it worked but no faster than a horse and needed a team of people to run it. Now, I'd say we've reached the 1870s. Express locomotives capable of 60mph are a thing, and operations have been much simplified. Still a very long way to go though.
Me personally I'm not big on wetlook AI. I prefer seeing real women enjoy getting soaked in their clothes and actually being able to tell that their clothes are soaked compared to seeing what always looks like leather or latex in AI. I do like seeing wet leather and latex but I'd much rather see it in real life.
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! We live in an artificial world already. It's enough if the girls today look more and more like plastic dolls: plastic lifeboat-lips, plastic boobs, plastic asses.... The natural look is what counts! AI? Not for me.. Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
This is what I used for these images I just made on Google ImageFX:
"Beautiful female supermodel, late 20s. Relaxing in a deep pool at a nightclub. Completely submerged underwater. After getting pushed in fully clothed. She has soaking wet brown hair tied in a ponytail. She's wearing soaking wet white Superga 2750 Cotu Classic sneaker. Soaking wet dark blue skinny jeans. Soaking wet white blazer. Soaking wet pink and white plaid button down shirt. Soaking wet white belt. Her hair is extremely soaking wet. Her clothes are heavily drenched and clinging to her body. She is getting rained on heavily by a soaking torrential downpour. She is smiling at the camera"
For the second two images:

Basically you keep the same basic formula for the clothing description, but you can change the actions in the first couple sentences. Be specific, this particular photo was inspired by a real event where I pushed my ex-GF in the pool at a club dressed exactly like this lol.
Yes, I'd rather see the real thing but pictures and videos of gorgeous women in sexy formal dresses with long gloves are rare. Sometimes I want to see something specific and it doesnt exist I have to be satisfied with real pictures that fall short or AI.
I've been posting my wetlook AI in the AI group here.

It's kind of interesting that Google allows these prompts because I've tried similar stuff with ChatGPT and it's very 50/50.
Well there weren't many YAYs with this post, but for those of us that do enjoy it enough to check it out, I've been adding some more examples in my profile's photo section.
