That scene is not from a music video. It is from the 1984 Ken Russell film "Crimes of Passion".

The scene happens at the 23rd minute of the film.

Actually the song is about people who live in two different places/ in two different cultures and call both their home.

The lyrics are partly German, partly Turkish.
One of the most popular German singers of the last 4 decades singing at a Turkish wedding.
The music and the video are celebrating the friendship between two different cultures - despite all differences.
