When opening the UMD homepage , one of the first things I check is the "What's New" listings .
On Oct. 13 , there is a new listing for the WAM Shorts store titled I Scream with Jess West . Clicking on the link takes to a page that states the store that hosts this scene is closed .
On Oct. 20 , another new WAM Shorts I Scream title appears . Again , clicking on the link takes me to a page that states the WAM Shorts store is closed .
Today on Nov. 3 , there are three new videos advertised under the What's New category for WAM Shorts and again , when clicking on any of the links to get more information , I'm taken to the same message that reads the WAM Shorts store is closed !
So I'm wondering , am I the only one seeing these messages that the UMD WAM Shorts is closed ? If the store is closed , why are 5 new videos advertised over the past several weeks including three today ?
Can confirm I'm seeing the same thing, all three Wam Shorts scenes that appear today on What's New give "The store that hosts this scene is closed." All the other producer's scenes open normally so it's not a general UMD bug.
Will flag the thread to MM for his attention.
At a guess, for whatever reason Wam Shorts have abruptly closed their store, after they queued those scenes for release.
Aside: Am I the only one who kept being disapointed that Wam Shorts never seemed to gunge any girls wearing actual shorts? First dozen or so times I saw the name I kept hoping for girls doing clothes-filling in high-waist Daisy Dukes or nylon sports shorts, but sadly, denied.
Potatoman-J said: That, or possibly their store was closed for non-compliance for the new Mastercard rules, but they are still paying for ads?
MM's confirmed there is a bug where future-dated scenes for stores that have closed are still appearing in What's New, he's aware and will have it fixed soon. So the stores showing this effect are genuinely closed. What's New isn't paid-for ads, you get a free plug there whenever your store relases something, and website owners can also plug fresh content - the square images indicate a website update, the wider ones, a store one.
