I saw an ad on tv for Season 15 of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and it shows the blonde sink into the mud and then come out of it completely covered. However, the only thing I could find was a trailer that shows her sink into it, but not come out. It can be seen here.

Indeed, it's in S15 E7, but it seems the aftermath might continue in E8 as well.
The scene itself is not that impressive however. It happens at night, and the shots on muddy Kaitlin Olson ("Dee") are quick and blurry. Also, although she was supposed to sink in fully, when she emerges she only has her face (and a little bit of her front hair) covered, but the back of her head stays clean. (They were clearly shooting it in multiple takes and left some continuity errors there.)

Sorry, didn't notice they released both ep. 7 and 8 simultaneously. Anyway, there is an aftermath in ep. 8, but it doesn't involve Kaitlin Olson ("Dee"). In the bog scene, Mary Elizabeth Ellis ("The Waitress") pulled Dee out of the mud, but ended up sinking to the mud herself while Dee run away. In ep. 8 we see Mary warming up in a pub with a little bit of mud still on her face.
