Last week we posted the teaser, but here is a full four minute trailer for the Gunge Comparison! The full scene is 32 minutes long, and we've released this rather more detailed than usual trailer to give a bit of an overview of how the traditional and luxury gunges compare with each other.
In the trailer you can see the girls pouring the two different types on each other's arms and comparing them with each other, with a glimpse of some of the other things they did - in the actual Members Lounge scene they fill each other's shorts and t-shirts, and pour bucketfuls over each other's heads too, and have a great laugh gunging each other.
This is so funny! Anyone remember my best friend from Spain that I took on tour with me around USA? Well here's Dave's first comment on this when I sent it....

I think we may have the new wam word of the year! I demand thickier gunge from now on!
MyPieRogative said: Ps... I love this edit DM1! I look far less nutty than I know the original footage must have made me look. Lol!!!
Aww, don't be hard on yourself, the whole thing was brilliant and as ever you were amazing to work with - everyone else loved working with you too!
LOL at all the reactions to the shorts - esp "French people going to the beach"! Now the question is, do we use them again, flog them on eBay, or bury them in an unmarked grave somewhere out on the winterswept wilds of Langstonedale Chase, never to be seen again?
For those after trying something different we have Xantham Gum Gunge at just £7.99 per KG which will make around 60 litres of gunge. Not so easy to mix though.

Thanks! Glad you liked it.
Although it's not in the trailer (as we didn't want to give away all the money shots for free) the results of clothes-filling the shorts with the different gunges were:
Both are nice and "wet" so soak and stain through the fabric quite well.
The classic traditional gunge is runnier, and will tend to flow down well, so if you want a trouser-filling gunge that will flow down someone's trouser-legs and collect in their boots, the classic is still the one to go for. When the girls poured this into each other's shorts it coated the inside and ran down to drip out of the leg holes.
The delux gunge, as Maria says, is definitely "thickier", though still lovely and wet. This tends not to run down so much, instead accumulating in a slippery wet mass where it's been poured. So if you want to fill someone's trousers and have most of the mess remain near where it's been poured in, soaking through the fabric but only flowing down lower quite slowly, the delux is the one to go for. When the girls poured this into each other's shorts it tended to spread out put stay put, and take its time before any dripped out and down their legs.
This was an interesting exercise for us as clothes-filling has long been our main speciality in messy scenes, the very first scene Lady Jasmine ever starred in in the dungeon, back when we were photos only and 250 shots was one set, saw her filling the tunic of a pale blue nurses uniform suit with canned custard, and we've filled everything from wedding dresses to waterproofs since then, these days of course on Full-HD video. But one thing that had always eluded us was to be able to fill jeans and have the wet messiness show through properly straight away - invariably the denim would feel wonderful for the girls as the custard was poured in but not show on the outside until they squished it. We hope to rectify that in future shoots with both types of gunge, and finally let people really see what the girls are enjoying without them having to sit down on a chair to squish the wetness to visibility.
