Not sure if this is the right place to post, forgive me if not!
I've been trying for ages now to upload a few videos to sell, but am running into issues every time.
I recorded them on my Mac using QuickTime, that made files which are about 40Gb a piece. I'm using Mac Video Converter Pro to try and reduce them which works well. I've tried a few different format, including the mp4 264 one mentioned on the upload page. At first they wouldn't upload so I made them about 800mb a file. Now I can't see any thumbs for the videos once they're uploaded.
Please, anyone lol, can anyone enlighten me to what im doing wrong here? Im not a AV guy at all lol.
You've got the files up, but indeed, our vidcapper is having trouble pulling frames from it. I'm looking into the issue and will inbox you back once I have something, if anything.
