Do you think Periscope could be a good tool for live chats / sessions and videos as a new media? Pros and Cons? Would any producers/models be open to using that?
As a marketing tool, to drum up interest... Possibly. (Freebies are freebies, no matter how you distribute)
As a behind-the-scenes method.... Maybe. (There's something to be said for this currently underutilized facet of Wam scene work and various productions including Before & After Interviews, Prep Methods, After-Action Wrap-ups, etc.)
As a sales platform.... Not likely. (It's not really set up to be monetized, its more of a distribution method for those plugged into social media.) Plus I'm not sure what the Legalities are)

Good points Zan. I think a behind-the-scenes value add would be great! Could even be something producers could make money off of. I would pay to do that. But to your point, how do you do a periscope with a unique link that only paid folks see. I see some really good uses to it, but I agree it can't be done for free.

Using this it would be possible to take payment in advance and invite selected users only to a live messy session.
WTF
Oh nice! So there we go! Another great technology tool to integrate into our WAM community!

Under-utilised?
I honestly don't think enough people care. Maybe the before and after interviews... but even then.

I don't know, there is something cool about seeing candid, non scripted behind the scenes material.
