I had found a better quality video of this vide years ago, but then it was removed. I couldn't remember the name of the show or the episode. I finally found an article discussing this episode and was able to track down at least a video of it. Food Fight starts at 14:14.
Now if I could just find the video of the big pie fight from The Love Boat. I know it is Season 9 Episode 12, but there are no videos posted.
It really is a Merry Christmas lol. I've been looking for this video for years. Anyone else remember any movie or tv pie fights that haven't been shared around?
Not a "pie fight" per se, but my most holy grail of clips i would love to see one more time would be a teaser promo for Dabney Coleman's 80s NBC sitcom Buffalo Bill. Several people were asked "Would you rather watch boring summer reruns or take a pie in the face", all of whom answer with the pie and immediately get splatted. I think it may have even just ever run once or twice (after i saw it, i continually had NBC on hoping to catch it again but never did.)
Years later Pax did similar promo commercials and those obviously inspired this:
But of course i'd love to see the very original commercial once again.
(Some trivia, i later noticed one of the guys that got pied in Pax's commercials was later a model on a Time or Newsweek cover a year or so later...and wondered how many others out there besides myself recognized him)
