Tip: have your model wear her hair down or in a 'half-up' doo (like how women wear their hair for a fancy ball/dance with formal dress)...she will look even more attractive, and, this creates the illusion of either her not being 'prepared' for the pie (if thrown or pushed), or, in the case of a self-pieing (like your images), not caring if her hair gets messy.
Also: spend a tiny bit more money to make a bigger and edible pie (whipped cream on top of a pudding filling is a quick and effective way to do this).
