Freddie and MessySte are wearing their own Lycra cycling outfits.
Taking it in turns they sit in the gunge tank underneath a mix of all the used gunge from the day. The opponent pulls a ping pong ball from a Santa hat-- if it's white the person in the tank is safe, but if it's orange they get some gunge.
Both get totally covered before rolling around in the gunge on the floor and then washing each other off.
