Filmed back in 2014, this is the pilot version of The 10th Question staring SlimySlander. He's wearing a green n2n singlet and blue football socks for some reason.

As this was a pilot, it's got the original idea of some of the wrong answers resulting in messy foods rather than just pure gunge. So he gets tomato spaghetti, mushy peas, custard as well as gunge. But the general idea of the game is there.
