I loved these videos back in the day, but I always found Mike to be.. let's say eccentric.

Whatever became of him? Is he still around? He was so publicly out there as a pie kinkster that it's hard to imagine that he's never been around this community, but I can't recall ever seeing him around here (and I have been here pretty much from the start).

EXACTLY! Love the girls and the pies, but he annoys the hell out of me, sorry. Not trying to be a dick, but as a person paying for videos, he makes the vibe odd. Same way I never got the whole smoking and pies thing. To each his own, but it always kills the vibe. Just my opinion as someone who discovered WAM online in early 1996

Mike was creepy but MAN he had some excellent pies and amazing female friends who indulged him.

Not sure what happened to him, but I did hear mention of him in a podcast quite a few years back... It was a kinky storytelling podcast. I'm pretty sure it was Risk. The storyteller had mentioned him being in her SF kink scene back in the day and I'm not sure if it was her own extrapolation of WAM in general or if she was calling him out on something she KNEW to be true, but she had said he was a "scat" guy. I took it with a grain of salt, but there it is.

Personally I'd love to dig up some of his old scenes. Got them on VHS somewhere...

I saw a lot of his handywork on the Hurley VHS scenes. I'm not trying to be mean about the man, but I agree with you.

He was definitely one odd cat. His behavior made me feel more uncomfortable about this fetish than anyone else ever has, honestly. Although, now that I think about it, he did bear a striking resemblance to AntDX...

I remember reading an issue of FHM back in the mid nineties that talked about unusual sex kinks, and briefly mentioned "Pieman Mike, who liked to be pied during sex. What kind of pies however we have yet to discover."
As a WAM fetishist who at the time was yet to discover the internet, Messy Fun and the UMD, to say that statement caught my attention is an understatement - evidenced by the fact I can quote it some 25 years later.
It was my first shred of evidence that I was not alone!

I, too, discovered him through the appearances of his scenes/footage on various Hurley Clips.

I really do not like to comment on people I've never met, but he definitely had a personality and seemed like he moved to the beat of his own drum. I was interested in a couple of the scenes I saw that were public, in rock clubs it looked like, and even back then (for me, 1996-1999, the early days of discovering that this place existed, like many of you), was like "Hm....is there a thriving WAM Kink scene up in San Fran? Do i dare try and investigate?" He also used a lot of colored pies with writing on them, and while I've grown to accept pies of all shapes, sizes, colors and creeds, i am at heart a "White Cream Pie" guy, and the clips often showed off him smearing the pies on the girls and were as much about that act/the "statement" it made and a whole kind of "groovy" vibe, versus simply fetish made by and for Pie-lovers.

That all said, I'd be curious to hear from MK/Wamtec, since he was the original poster, any background he could provide about this or any other shoot? This is certainly much more my kind of pie mess on display here, and i recognize some of the girls from other Wamtec stuff, which is a wonderful throwback.

I really liked the backstories and anecdotes on Lenny and on previous Florida shoot messes, and would be great to get some color context behind the scenes remembrances here. In his way, Mike the Pie Man to me is as much a mysterious figure forever woven into the background fabric of WAM/UMD as the original Pie Mafia guys, "They Wore Bagels at Night", or Devo!
