In this episode we have new guys Stu and Eifion wearing Scotland and England national kits, in a general knowledge quiz hosted by Josh. Stu is wearing the all-blue Scotland kit, Eifion is in the blue shorts and white shirt England kit while Josh is dressed in skinny grey chinos and a floral white shirt, with from Topman and a pair of black slip-on shoes.

The game begins with all three guys taking part in a physical challenge where each has to balance a cup of water on their head while being pelted with water by the other two players. The one who loses his cup fastest is the looser of the round. This is narrowed down from the 3 guys to 2 of them to see who has to face the forfeit of being dunked in a bath of cold water.

The first round of questions involves each player answering questions about his own country while sitting in the gunge tank filled with water. If they get a question wrong they will receive a tank-load of cold water over their head.

Round two begins with another physical challenge where the three guys take it in turns to sit on a chair with their hands tied behind their back. They need to get the fastest time freeing their hands while being soaked with a hose pipe. The loser goes into the bath again where the water has been replaced with thick bright green gunge. The questions for round two are about each others' country but in a twist every time they get a question right then Josh goes into the tank. For this round the water in the tank has been replaced by yellow and purple gunge.

As the quiz concludes all three guys get down on the floor to play in the pool of gunge that has spilled out of the tank.
