The Splosh Doctor has a new patient Ayla who is troubled by her sploshing fantasies. Dr Frankie seeks to put Ayla's mind at rest and to show her that her desires are perfectly normal and that the solution for Ayla's troubled mind is to try sploshing in a "safe space".
