Inspector Lane "Lane gets a demonstration on the safety of the clown props"
Lane is a safety inspector for the circus. She is appalled after inspecting the props for the clown show. Needless to say, she is given a first hand demonstration on how safe the props really are. She is pied, slimed, covered in ice cream, drenched in water and stripped nude. Her final indignation is falling face first into a cake.
