Please could anyone identify which Kym video this picture is taken from and where can I buy the full video ?

The scene was called "Twin Boobs" and was I think a parody on Twin Peaks. It was by a producer called "A Pie In The Face Is No Disgrace", though I can't currently find them listed, possibly they've closed.
