Does anyone have links to any scenes where the victim in the tank pulls the chain herself? Big fan of it but can't seem to find any!

That's what a tripod is for. Start the camera rolling before starting, leave it running till you've finished the cleanup, then edit the footage down to just the good bits.

My other problem (home) is space. I have a bath and beyond that I don't have facilities to do things. I have dabbled with the selfie stick which can be run in tripod mode as recording but I have a lot to learn about editing videos.
