Patsy Pastry is wearing full clown makeup, but this time there is no wig. It's her natural hair.

She is dressed in black tights, black bra, colourful hippy shirt and head band.

After having her shirt opened up, Peter gives her tits a thorough ketchup covering.

Her head is then total covered in stinky red ketchup.

Followed by stinkier brown sauce, which Patsy reels in disgust at.

Next comes Branston Pickle. It's mounted up on top of Patsy's head, until the brown slurry runs down her face.

Then it's Patsy's favourite, salad cream. The cheap, vinegary type. Five bottles gives her a new yellow head.

Finally, its Egg Mayo sandwich filler, with salad cream.

By the end her head is one stinking blob.
