Has anyone done any scenes specifically based on Tiswas? In particular games such as Flan Your Folks and Pie the Prof or elements like The Phantom Flan Flinger or The Cage. I've seen a lot of YDTOTV and Noel's House Party inspired scenes but not so much for Tiswas beyond Girls being pied in Tiswas t-shirts like my wife in the picture below. I would kill to see MessyMayhem, SlapstickStuff, MostWam, or someone else do something that was heavily Tiswas/OTT inspired!

I'm surprised more people don't. I guess a lot of people are too young/didn't grow up in the UK. Some of the situations are, possibly, difficult to adapt for adults, too - and still make sense.
MessyJessie has done Tiswas stuff, as has Candy Custard.
I'm sure you're aware of the Ministry of Mess? They certainly do play plenty of very adult spun Tiswas (and How Dare You!) based games with their models.
Yeah OTT was pretty terrible. The only real mess I've seen worth anything was the custard over the bikini clad girls delivering drinks. Wouldn't have been so bad but the rest of the show wasn't funny either!
Who did everyone prefer, Sally James on Tiswas or Holly Willoughby on Ministry of Mayhem?
I think its a tricky one. I thought Sally was sexier than Holly, personally and she used to dress in quite sexy clothes, skin tight jeans, sometimes shiny disco pants, thigh length boots and tight, low cut tops. BUT, she didn't always get that messed up, and I feel that she used to try and avoid some of it, rather than throwing herself into it enthusiastically.
Holly used to get very messy every week, and seemed like she was having a laugh. She also looked hot in the French maids uniform when doing Cakey SK8.
We have an unreleased scene inspired by TISWAS featuring Evelyne our cook and the "Mysterious Flinger of Flans", based of course on the Phantom Flan Flinger and played by another of our models who remains masked throughout. Like me, Evelyne grew up watching TISWAS, the scene was her idea, though the Flinger got totally into it (and totally messed up) too.
Will try and get that one released some time this autumn. Shot it a couple of years back.
Tiswas skits are my new favourite thing to film! Here's one directly doing something that happened on Tiswas-but better : https://umd.net/download_info/new-film-tiswas-talented-messy-toescuff Here's the test out of Messy Supplies stuff in Tiswas get up! https://jessica25.umd.net/download_info/jessies-messy-supplies-gunge-and-pie-s There's some wetlook and pie pics to come out in the Tiswas T shirts. We also have located the original flan flinger outfit owned by Benny Mills who played the Phantom for 90% of the time (Helen Piddock and Jim Davidson were the others!). So we should,if it comes off have it going in a custom-probably the Sheena Easton Flan Flinger challenge with Messy Ruby as Sheena. If you want to order a Tiswas custom though I'm right up for doing them! THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT!
I wasn't even around during the Tiswas era, but I've grown to love their coloured shaving foam pies. I'd love to see more producers do a few Tiswas scenes- I'd especially like to see Mostwam's take on a Tiswas theme!

Ooo.... so if Jessie owns the Phantom Flan Flinger's outfit, and another producer owns Noel Edmonds's gunge tank - surely there's a video to be made out of combining these?
Can I also commend to the attention of producers out there the episodes of OTT that have been uploaded to Youtube, I reckon there's scope for adapting the foam-tank game they feature, with the seats set to tip forward as they get weighed down.

I don't own the PFF costume it but I know who does and they are up for a lend/having it in a film. The problem we're facing though with EVERY film or project now is cost v sales income. The business has to cover it's costs and make a profit and the sales numbers and prices you can get for the films just isn't enough to justify these days. Thank God for customs and sessions.

So that's hopefully Ruby recreating Sheena Easton getting messy? Sounds good, sounds very, very good...

Agreed. I think which messy TV shows people reference are inevitably a generational thing. I only remember the very tail end of Tiswas, unfortunately, although did catch a couple of female "Pie the Prof" sequences. However, a few "Best of" DVDs have been released over the years, including the iconic Sally James gunging with baked beans, semolina and pies.

Mmm, I think a draw.
Only one way to settle a draw - PIE FIGHT!!!
I think I'd go with Holly except with Tiswas games/sketches/mess. If Holly had been on Tiswas shed have been getting as wet and messy as Lenny Henry and Frank Carson combined!

Tiswas t-shirt with jeans worn for the presenter role. Then just add a load of pies and buckets of various mess or water.
Even have a green leotard and flower hat for the compost corner role.
Would love to get my wife in a compost corner sketch that would be fantastic. Ironically though I think it would be more difficult to get her in a flower hat than it would be to get her covered in gunge.

We've done racks of adult version's of Tiswas the store is full of them. Things like Tiswas Torture give the name away. Also, there are oodles of stories based on things from the program. I'm currently writing one called 'Orgasm Pies' based around 'Plastermind!' When that's finished it should be a very silly read. Based in the town of Piesley!

Andy and the team.
Can't wait. I loved the story you posted on the splosh site about being in the cage.

Ruby being destroyed by the phantom sounds AMAZING
When I was lucky enough to do some vids with Messy Miah a few years back, Tiswas was a big influence. The best one (IMHO) was Miah acting as an interviewer and getting covered in mess after asking each question.....which was actually based on a Tiswas scene with Chris Tarrant interviewing the Phantom Flan Flinger and getting all the mess.
Also we did a non-messy intro with Miah being on strike and refusing to get messy.....this was also based on a scene where the Phantom FF was on strike.
You can still see all the vids for free on my UMD page.
We also did a really good quiz scene with Messy Jessie and Miah as the contestants which was also heavily influenced by Tiswas.....sadly no video is available, but you can find some pics of this in my older UMD posts.
