Woah, that was some revenge caking (not sure what she filled the center of the cake with [chocolate sauce? ketchup? chili sauce?])...if this wasn't staged (was the seated guy her husband; why, if so, would he show up where his wife works with the girl he's having an affair with?)...the waitress's announcement of her 'surprise' news (that the seated girl was having sex with her husband) comes as a bit of a shock (to the viewer)...I thought at first maybe it was just a joke birthday caking (turns out it wasn't the caked girl's birthday, it was the waitress's b'day)...but no, not at all (again, the entire scene could have been staged; guy with the wig was suspicious).

Probably was staged. Most stuff seems to be these days. Everything seems to be curated for someone's own attention and promotion.
