Not looking to name names here, but would appreciate the thoughts of the UMD Community.
I recently booked to do a non-WAM Skype session with a regular content maker from here, having firstly seen that they were on offer, then agreeing times at which this could be completed. I made full payment for this.
When the agreed time came around, the model asked if they could postpone to the following day as things had been a little chaotic, which I agreed. The next day came and went, with no response to requests for a time that suited the model. We then planned in a 3rd attempt, which again was no-showed by the model despite them being active on here at the agreed time.
I requested a refund of what I'd paid out (no special purchases required, so in full), as I basically had this week free and will be busy due to financial year end for a few weeks now, so limited time to plan in. I then got a response with a story about why I cannot be refunded right now.
Would appreciate the thoughts of the community on how to proceed, whilst I await a response from the provider. Be this from purchasers or providers, it'd be handy to know the thoughts of everyone on either side. I'll add that the person I've purchased from is authorised to offer customs on here.

I would just wait till the party involved responded , then if no resolution was found then I would send Mess Master a message and explain the situation in full. He can then reach out and hopefully you can get this resolved.

I have a hard time getting my skype subs to lock down dates too. But I've never taken anyone's money without giving them a mind blowing experience. Defiantly go with trusted producers and see if the girls have any other UMD customers you could get references from.
I did get a response, stating that it'd be refunded once they got back home. That message was on Sunday, and as yet I've still not had anything back. MM is aware of this now, but obviously with it being conducted offsite there's limitations as to involvement.
The person involved has been active on UMD this week, so it is frustrating seeing them ignore communications on this, for something that should take a minute or two to action. Unless of course they've spent the money already, which seems likely.
