Bob conducts the interview with a very smartly dressed Patience and assesses her suitability for the job. She's got lots of good ideas and relevant experience but will her smart attire count for or against her and what about the fact that she hasn't been gunged in a very long time? If you don't want to know how she got on then look away now.
I'm not gonna lie, I feel like you missed a trick here. I'd have preferred to see Patience gunged clothed with what she was wearing, then stripped down to naked/nude.
