This sounds like it's going to have MUCH greater impacts than just weddings. Next step is all Elvis Impersonators are going to have to join and pay ABG like it's the fucking Screen Actors Guild or some shit.
The "law" is more often than not the enemy of decency, art, culture, and common sense.

I heard about this and thought it only applied to Elvis weddings. Like ABG was going to do their own wedding chapel Elvis themed stuff.
I wonder if it is only skinny Elvis and not bloated Elvis. Could the impersonators get away with calling themselves the Hunk a Hunk a Burnin Love and not Elvis? Like tribute bands do.
God, I hope that's the case and it's not just a greed move... I've gone to school with kids who's dream it was to BE AN ELVIS IMPERSONATOR when they grew up. And the kid was good at 11. People love the King.
