I still think one of the neatest things that could be done is body painting. Not the kind of body painting you see if you do a google search, but rather covering certain body parts in paint and then using them on a canvas. Boobs, hands, feet, butts, and hair could all make excellent tools.
For instance, there is an artist called "Pricasso" who paints with his dong.
