....Of course the answer is a quite amazing messy session yesterday! I got to pour buckets & jugs of gunge over Kacie in as many different ways as i could think of & had the joy of watching her head-dunk and submerge (both face-up & face-down) repeatedly. We used her new Wam room, which also has a shower - anyone interested in some pre-gunge hairwashing pics, i've uploaded some here https://umd.net/forums/kacie-james-in-the-shower-fro - & i can honestly say that it was 3 hours that'll be very hard to top in the future.
Huge thanks to Kacie, who was as gorgeous as ever, so welcoming & lovely, incredibly open-minded with some of my more extreme suggestions, & for the effort she went to to make yesterday afternoon unforgettable :lovestruck:
Hope you enjoy the pics - a lot are screen captures from vid that i was able to take. Wasn't easy handling a mobile phone with so much gunge sloshing around!
This looks absolutely amazing, the white gunge actually does look really good, definitely different and looks better than I thought. Some very fantastic ideas and looks like it was amazing fun, lots of credit for Kacie doing submersion in that much gunge, glad that you enjoyed the new room too x

Kacie has it set up well hasn't she? Love the 'sparkly' shower as well, that & the lighting made for some quite brilliant vid & pics. And she'll tell you that seeing her submerge face-up is my number one thing, i'm just hoping to see her do it underwater now! Btw, 150 litres wasn't actually enough to fill the paddling pool, we had to add 7 or 8 more buckets of water to top it up, & even then the tip of her nose was still visible lol!!!

Kacie has done so well to create an amazing, fantastic and just perfect wam room, lighting does make for some great pics/video, I love the sparkly shower too I really nice. I think seeing Kacie do submersion underwater would be interesting especially with her beautiful hair. Was wondering how full the 150 litres of gunge filled the pool, I guess the pool takes just a little more to fill it than the bath, so thats really great to know, thanks, lol but at least it still looked incredible and really very good, I so would love to give this a try. Thanks so much for posting this, love seeing it

She's done uw customs 4 me & her hair is one of her most gorgeous features for me. It looks quite remarkable spread out & floating uw...I've urged her to try adding sea-salt to a bath as it nullifies the discomfort of water going in the nose & if she gets on with that then I've already said it's something i'd love to see. It may be heresy to say, but by the smallest of percentages I prefer that, as with water u can still see the face, bubbles coming out of the nose etc. But to see her submerge under the gunge yesterday - just! - was one of the best things I've ever seen.
Based on yesterday I think you'd need 250 litres of gunge to fill the paddling pool deep enough for 100% complete submersions - I'm saving up as we speak!

Dani: That's quite interesting about the sea-salt never knew that, yeah i guess with water it does allow you to still see the face, which is nice, I have to say seeing Kacie do submersion in the gunge is one of the most fantastic things I've seen her do. The 250 litres of gunge sounds incredible, going to be a lot o preparation and cost but I'm sure it's going to look and be a lot of fun and definitely worthwhile, looking forward to seeing that, sounds exciting

As my profile says, face-up submersion is something I absolutely love, be it water, food or gunge. I don't think there's too much of it that gets done so to find someone like Kacie who does it (whilst being drop-dead gorgeous at the same time) is beyond my wildest dreams. She does it for you as well does she?
I'm 3/4 serious about the 250 litres, it may be out of my price range but if I ever find that it's doable then it will be done! Maybe your Gelli Baff may be the way to go as you can make a lot for not so much money can't you?
Yes, sea-salt works, & it's cheap, 67p for 350g in Waitrose. I have the same problem as Kacie, the discomfort when it fills the nose, but add 3 of them to a half- or 2/3 full bath & there's no discomfort whatsoever.
It definitely would be awesome to do even if it was a one off but yes gelli baff and indeed slime baff does absorb an amazing amount of water so you can make quite a lot and it's not too expensive so you can get more of it, haven't yet really tried anything as awesome as this or similar, so would be quite fun to experience. Gelli baff would be quite different and interesting to try submersion in.

Is it much thicker, or like gunge does it depend how much water is used?
It can be a little when you have a lot, is probably more thicker than gunge at its thinnest, some do have a soft texture even with a lot of water. I think you would have to try it to get the best feel for what its like, Kacie loves Gelli Baff and Slime Baff

250 litres of uncoloured gunge would only be around 4kg of powder for a thinner gunge or 4.5kg for a very thick gunge if buying it in bulk. That would be change out of 50 for the powder then just some colouring. Even our precoloured gunge in bucket sized packs would be less than 100.
