Actually, that puts me in mind of another idea that I've not fully got around to myself - lie back and pull the skirt tight by opening your legs (a bit like that shot) but then lift legs right up in the air, bending from the hips. This would then make the skirt act a bit like a bucket so someone can pour a load of sloppy mud into it to fill it up. Then, if the hemline could be grasped tightly around both legs when standing up again, that would prevent all the mud falling out until desired. On releasing it, all the mud would cascade down the legs.

Ummmm . No I don't think so. Lying on her back with her legs in the air while someone fills up her skirt with sloppy mud shouldn't be too taxing on the muscles.
