I would suggest drilling a dildo and adding a small hose that is attached to a suck and squirt water blaster. Like a large syringe

This may require gluing an attachment on the blaster to allow there attachment of the hose

I would recommend switching to a larger syringe if that is the reservoir of the dildo you have and possibly longer tube if need be

like the one below from asyoulikeitshop.com just swap out the standard syringe supplied for a larger 500ml one
