Day 22 of the Splosh Advent Calendar, and the excitement is starting to build, either that or you're rushing round like a nutcase last minute shopping (and I still couldn't find a TurboMan).
Behind today's door is another Splosh icon. The wonderful Sammy-Jane.
When you think Splosh, you think Sammy-Jane. On many photoshoots and videos again not just for Splosh. Her bubble, fun style, facial expression and the talk to camera moments, were superb and really gave that fun, slapstick element that was the unique style Splosh had. Two videos were solely Sammy-Jane's with messy antics in Samantha Jane on the Job , and the the gloriously messy Samantha Jane's Messy Wedding with Joanne Bache and Rachel Stevens. Talking of Rachel Stevens, she was Sammy-Jane's partner in slime, with (as mentioned yesterday, go on take a look), her improvising videos Return to Gunge Hill and Slime Suspect . The sheer fun these two had was amazing, they really cracked each other up laughing.
And we cannot forget the restaurant scene with Louise L'Amour (Hodges) in Pretty Clumsy Woman this is slapstick, WAM at its best. As too is the custard pie testing scene in Hot Coffee and Sticky Buns .
Photosetwise, Sammy-Jane was covered in a whole host of gooey delights. Pies, beans, mud, custard, jam, rice pudding. Porridge, you name it, Sammy-Jane was covered in it. And her messy appearances were always tremendous, weather it was in Splosh, Gilly's Silly House, WAMTEC, Aquadisaics, WSM Productions or somewhere else (Sammy-Jane was a adult model some appearance in many top shelf magazines both clean and in messy sets, ala Razzle Romps etc.)
So take a break from that manic shopping and enjoy the delights of Sammy-Jane. Looks shes full of beans anyway.
