My mother is going in for laser eye surgery, and I told her to go to the front desk and tell the clerk "I'm here for me peepers!" in a robust cockney accent...and she said it may offend somebody. Is this what we're becoming?

I am not a Cockney. I am not related to one, live near one or even met one but as I am a snowflake and protected by the anonymity of the internet I am terribly terribly upset and hurt by you actions. I feel your actions make have cause me to contract several genetic mutations. My lawyer will be in touch.
