It's a LOT of trial-and-error though. I know what types of cakes work, what types of frosting.... even the best colors. There's been some "dud" cakings to get to that point. Also, I also "enhance" them after I buy them to get the perfect coverage....

Me too! Also for the third year in a row.... I forgot that a day when most people go out of town or to social functions is terrible for sales. But I'm glad I met my arbitrary deadline regardless! I'm free to get drunk and blow things up with nothing on my schedule!
