Inspired by this recent sizzling scene from Messy_Lady (https://umd.net/forums/filthy-foam-fuck), my thoughts have again turned to something that has been on my wam bucket list for a while - having sex in a big pile of shaving foam.
It's something that Mrs Piechap is potentially open to doing, but she does have some concerns/questions. As well as the risk of it stinging the eyes, we're also aware that it can really dry out the skin if you stay in it a long time. She is also quite sensitive vagina-wise so is worried if there might be any ill-effects down there.
Just wondered if anyone who's done this could share their wisdom, things to be aware of, any tips for having the best experience etc? Thanks in advance.
First of all, very flattered to have inspired this, thank you so much. It makes me very happy to do my small bit to add to the overall net "messiness" of our world.
I've got quite sensitive skin myself so I understand the concerns. I will say that in our video we just used bog standard plain Tesco shaving foam, with aloe vera, and we didn't have any skin issues.
It can tingle a bit on the skin (and pussy/dick) but that goes away fairly quickly. Even if it gets inside it doesn't really hurt or cause any issues, but obviously everyone's ham wallet is different.
I would say work your way up to a fully covered/sex scene, test a bit in pant filling maybe so you can see if it hurts or not and is easy to wash off if there are issues.
It does sting your eyes but so does anything going in your eyes that isn't supposed to be there. I'm very used to the feeling! But we usually keep a basin of clean water and a cloth close by which makes it easy to wipe your eyes or sensitive bits clean - and you don't have to worry about doing that off camera like we do so that's easier too.
We've never had issues with it drying out your skin, but getting messy a lot tends to leave your skin dry anyway as you're washing it a lot, so we just make sure we're moisturising daily and drinking lots of water (which you should be doing anyway)!
I think it's definitely a good entry level mess for ease of clean, low irritation, low price, and sensation play.
If you have any further questions just let me know!
I'd have shaving cream fights at my oool growing up and if I got inside the hole it burned for a while sometimes Don't use the menthol one if going to do it
Definitely keep it away from the eyes. And if you're planning anything intimate, it can start to give a burning feeling. You can let it down a little with water, that helps. There are alternatives, like avalanche spray in the UK, I'm not sure about the US. But I'd be careful of anything non lube based intimately
The main thing i would say is whichever foam you choose do a skin test before you buy it in bulk. Yes being absolutely covered in it will dry your skin out a bit but but you can lotion each other up afterwards (which is also fun). Just try to avoid any heavily perfumed or menthol foams. Our favourite is aldi shaving foam and we've used it to do all kinds of things with no ill effects.
I think it is also the length of time that you are immersed in the stuff. Skin irritation is almost impossible to avoid if you spen too long in there. I would look for an alternative if you want to spend more than a few minutes in the foam. It all depends on your personal reaction of course, but I would definitely avoid getting it into vaginal or anal cavities
Me and my girlfriend did it a couple of times. Filled a bathtub. No problems whatsoever, Just buy good shaving cream.
Nothing bad happened with vagina and we did it many times, just remember that vagina cleans itself naturally and washing it too aggressively can disrupt local bacterial flora and cause infection.
Also spending more than 15 minutes in foam my irritate your skin
Taste is also an important consideration; it'll get in your mouth regardless, but this is doubly true if you're wanting to kiss a lot and triply true if you're thinking about any oral action.
If you're using aerosol cans of foam- you'll need a way to vent the propellant too, unless you both have a high tolerance to solvents. (And absolutely no lighting of any candles, regardless of how romantic it may seem)

In regards to drying out your skin, I've had way better luck with getting some of those shaving soap pucks. It's a bit more work, but in my experimenting, it holds together better and is much less irritating on the skin. If you go that route, you just grate the puck like it's a block of cheese then throw some in a bucket, add water, mix it up and repeat til you get the amount you need. You'll probably need a drill or an egg beater to mix it but yeah, that's my suggestion. Definitely agree with other comments about spot testing before hand though.
My now wife and I used to play in shaving cream all the time back when we had roommates, it was the easiest thing to clean and hide. Anyway, we never had any major issues other than taste and dry skin. There was one time we had a small reaction, we had little bumps , we always thought it was a reaction to constantly being messy and sweaty. We took a break and no problems since.
