Scarlet's back at SlapstickStuff! And this time she's doing a "fashion vlog"... which turns out to be funded by an anonymous sponsor.... with a preference for inside-out hoodies and scrunchies?!?
If you're thinking, "This must've been a custom..." Correct! You've been on this forum a while! This was also our opportunity to test out the new cameras as well, plus sometimes it's nice to just have a scene with no grand concept.... or one that requires 5 straight days of editing....
Scarlet is at her adorable & cheerful best... at least until the pies start coming! We did all kinds of varieties with 16 pies, from butterscotch and banana to good ol' whipped cream, and from the "around the world" to the "pie sandwich" to the "crust stuck on face for a good 30 seconds." You also get a LONG green sliming and a few cakes, including Scarlet's favorite, whipped cream icing! [Side note: Not sure what happened with that particular one, but that particular caking is one of my all-time faves. Complete & beautiful coverage, which she left on forever, with just that one tiny eye hole eventually appearing. It's the little things!]
The final edit is now available in the HD & Original download stores, plus the UMD Store! Unedited footage at RAWHD.SlapstickStuff.com! Priced low cuz.... Well, most of you don't dig the hoodie look. Enjoy!
This was obviously a custom request, but Scarlet is cuter than ever... and the 16 (!!) pies she takes includes some of her messiest hits to date! And for you cake fans, she also takes three of those... including her favorite (whipped cream icing) that results in one of the greatest cakings we've ever done!
This was a good scene! I'd buy any scene with good "around the world" hits Hope to see some cakings in that style It comes across as intentional and I like that vibe

I like around-the-world hits, although I've noticed that the coverage is never quite as good. The "around" process tends to knock off some of the initial pie and crust as you do it. But you're right, definitely more "intentional" than a simple hit or whatever. A different "flavor" as it were.
Not sure I would ever do a caking that way.... Only cuz cakes are more expensive and good coverage will stay PUT (unless the model wipes early), so I hate to ruin it immediately. I sometimes do the "smearing" afterwards with the frosting smeared around her whole head and face, which is a similar vibe? Also, now that I almost always do the cakings from behind, I really prefer that method. You can watch the model's reaction (like Scarlet's big worried eyes and mouth) right up to the Moment of Contact.... and then the caking tends to pull their entire body backwards in the process, which is probably as "intentional" as you get!
Yeah, as far as smearing knocking off pie from the face, in the many, many, many pie scenes I own as well as the times I've pied women, Ive not come across that too many times, maybe a few. I certainly don't think that's a super common problem. The type of pie/cake being used and how well it's rubbed in probably plays a bigger factor. As far as the cakes go, for me personally re applying the cake over and smearing after the hit doesn't have the same vibe as if it was done with 1 awesome cake hit to the face but that's just me. I don't know why but the cake pulled up from behind doesn't do it for me, again I don't know why. The coverage is great I have no problem there just the fact that I like what I like and have seen it done the way I like with great coverage too. One thing you are doing that no other producer is doing is using cakes on the regular. I just think it would be cool if you mixed it up a little from only doing cake from behind or model falls into cake. Neither of which are the common cake in the face tropes compared to cake slams or pushing the facedown into a cake. Nothing against the ways you do things, speaking for myself only Thx
Human interest question: I'm assuming for a custom video like this, the person ordering the custom covers the cost of production, so all of the sales to the wider public are gravy, as it were?
Well, I tend to still pay for the materials myself, but yes, compared to 90% of my scenes where I'm putting up ALL the money, there's definitely more "gravy" when a customer is covering the model's fee.
I should probably be doing this more. For example, most Messygirl scenes are customs. And he'll offer models for customs on the UMD (sometimes even before they've shot a scene!) so a lot of the costs are being covered up front. Personally, I never do customs with a model on her "first time." Too unpredictable and I don't want the customer to be disappointed if she winds up ixnaying certain elements or doing them poorly. But that's just me, it definitely works for others. (Obviously models who shoot their own content like Jayce do almost all customs.)
I've also been reluctant to do customs if I don't think I can do the idea justice.... OR if I think it's got limited appeal. This scene is a good example. In the long run, I'll probably wind up making more $$ off Scarlet's other scenes, even though I paid for everything.... because the ones where she's dressed to the nines (AKA almost all of them) sell well, and keep selling. Whereas this one is doing about half the business of a typical Scarlet scene, I assume because of the "unconventional" wardrobe.... which is, again, the custom request, and the main reason to do the custom in the first place. So that's the trade-off. A typical custom request covers your costs but limits the wide appeal. Although there are always exceptions.
(Scarlet made out like a bandit BTW. Got her usual fee AND the customer tipped her that same amount AGAIN. As I've mentioned before, the new trend of "virtual shoots" and OnlyFans is fantastic for these models, as they can make way more from just a handful of guys with deep pockets than they EVER did from doing proper shoots. Just makes it harder for middlemen like me....)
I fucking LOVE THIS. HAS MY FAVE THINGS! HOT GIRL PIES CAKE MESS IN GENERAL
HOOOOOODIES
this is absolutely adorable and looks really awesome! I loooove this! More messy hoodies! Panties under neath and cute thigh high socks! Love love love
Jayce! Here's the secret.... Get the 1/4 sheet cake from WalMart with whipped cream frosting. It's one of their "standard" cakes. $18.99 usually. I tend to move all the frosting to the "contact" portion of the cake, but that's me.
You can also do it yourself and probably cheaper, but the WalMart ones are nice and I hate baking!
