Are these completely made with AI? Obviously AI Art is making huge strides and all, but it still seems to really struggle with pies in the face. I've seen Slime and Wetlook and mud, but not pies that look this good. Especially with the reaction. What program are you using?
I am not sure MM's ruling on this. In the UK, Deepfaked pictures that are shared for sexual gratification is being made a criminal offense by up to 6 months in jail.
I know that is not going to happen here, most likely someone will just ask them to be taken down, but we need to be careful of using celebrities and manipulating their images for porn.

You Can Call Me,
Al
You chose great outfits!
Thank you. I have always been from the 3 Stooges pie fight kind of scenes. Women in nice dresses and gowns. Course I'm also an old Rob Blaine disciple where he went from clothed to nude but for that you still have to go "real" video although I have seen some actual AI porn sites popping up.

These particular images don't specifically identify as any particular person.
The dangerous territory is where an individual is both positively identified and nudity or a patently sexual act that never happened is portrayed. This has not been allowed on this site for a long time in regard to celebrities.
Deep fakes putting real people in other situations which some of us might find titillating or arousing is very difficult to either define or prove intent.
Having said that, it's still not good form if that individual has no idea their image/likeness is being used.

The main point is really - don't misrepresent someone else's image. If you make a fake - add a disclaimer. Make sure it's clear that's what it is and don't pass it off as real.
