I love this photo. Don't understand why wam producers never use pie eating (or spaghetti eating!) contests as a premise for scenes. You'd think it'd be a natural.

I believe it's illegal, at least in the USA, to open an Italian restaurant (especially a chain) and not have at least one of these photos hanging somewhere in your establishment.

I've seen a few of these around for years....seems pretty clear that the whole spaghetti eating stunt with beautiful girls is/was a fetish set up: pretty girls with their faces in plates of sauce and slurping up large mouthfuls of slippery soft noodles....and copied so many times (by different photographers)....nope, nothing fetishistic in the least! The eroticism is obvious now (to us)...but perhaps that is distinct from the fetishism....oh, never mind: just look at the pretty girls slurping saucy noodles...
