So I've been creating kinky games (including board games, in-person games, computer games, CYOA stories and FapRoulettes) for many years now. Indeed much of my time spent exploring various kinks during the years I was away from the UMD between my Crossdressmess years and returning about a year ago were so I could make more games and roulettes in various different kinks.

In the past month whilst I stepped back a bit from the UMD for awhile I realised I should probably go back to making those games again as whilst my ultimate aim is to find a kinky partner to enjoy a whole bunch of kinky and messy games together in person in the absence of that I enjoy being able to take my game designing skills to use in spreading a little joy and pleasure into the wider world granted a small perverted pocket of said world but still.

Anyway given the time and effort that goes into making games I thought I'd do a bit of quick research to see what sort of demand there is here for the sort of games I make to workout whether it is worth my time making more games for here (especially as they don't exactly fit into the thread based WAM games group that well) versus going back to where I've previously made games for.

So I've tossed together a few game examples in the FapRoulette style below (technically one is a repost from a personal advert I posted a couple months ago but screw it, it's applicable) and will use the number of likes each get to workout if it is worth my time doing more like them.

Slippery Escape Notes

This is a game to be played offline with a partner, it is a tweaked version of a game I've played in a previous dynamic. It has been tweaked to be easier for others to replicate (previous times I played it I let the player try accumulate time in mini-games and tasks in the month leading up to the game and the numbers of clues they got was determined by quiz questions). I have literally tonnes of similar offline messy games for couples to play that I can translate into this format. But they don't make for good games for solo players playing online so don't know how much audience there is for more of these. Messy Contact Game

This one is the re-post from the personal advert awhile back. Again technically this current version needs to be played by two people. But for a moment pretend that instead of sharing truths with another person whether you had to roll for more substances instead be determined by your performance on a daily quiz and this could be played solo where you have to do multiple rolls to determine your reward or forfeit like in this game. If you'd like more games like that that can be played by yourself then slap a like on it.


Next Top WAMDom(me)

This is a game designed for more people to be able to play online. I'll be honest most games I make for people to play online tend to be solo ones that require zero maintenance effort from my part and I'm already apprehensive about the possibility of having to wade through the messages to administer something like this. If you'd like to see more games like this that multiple people can enter then slap a like on that image.

If you are seeking someone to build a messy computer game for you be aware that like many other creatives I have a list a mile long of my own ideas I'm intending to do one day, you want me to put you idea at the top of my list ahead of my ideas then it will depend on what you're willing to pay and how long it would take to build.

I'm trying to come up with a game to play with my significant other where the game would end up with escalating forfeits but am having some trouble because it either goes on too long, or just gets sort of rushed.

Here is the idea I'm going for...

Couple starts playing the game together (hopefully it's part skill and part chance, but maybe one partner rigs it). Then each time somebody loses, they roll a die and either get another penalty they have to pay when the game is over (e.g. they have to make a pie or slime and put it in their column) or they get a handicap for the next round (hand tied together, wear a gag, have a vibrator, put on a humiliating costume). Ideally it sort of becomes one sided and the winner can take full advantage of the loser, even with their own forfeit points.

It would be more fun if it's something like Mario Kart, but that seems to take too long. Paper Rock scissors doesn't allow for the handicaps or trash talk.

Any ideas to improve that? Or have you made a game or scenario similar to that?

Maybe long story short, if you made rules to make some other common game into a WAM game, that would be really fun. Personally I'm only interested in 2 player games. If you added some components of your other fetishes, that could be fun too (e.g. having to put on silly costumes etc.)

If you came up with fun rules to turn Candyland, Chutes and Ladders or Settlers of Catan into a messy game to play with my partner, that would be a lot of fun.

So based on the response levels so far I'm thinking I should go back to creating games, CYOAs and FapRoulettes where I have previously as they benefitted more people (though I might when I've got a quiet period try see if anyone is interested in doing that Next Top WAMdom(me) game in a thread here) but as you've asked some specific questions and turning other games into kinky or messy games was how I got started in kinky games so can easily field some of these.

If you break games down into various gameplay elements you can find ways of taking certain elements and combine them with other things whether it be a game, chore, boring task or personal goal and you can create a kinky game out of it. An example of making a game out of a chore for example would if you took the chore of washing the dishes or emptying the dishwasher and added a lives system to it. Whoever has to do the dishes is told they have three lives to do the dishes with BUT that you put a phone with a sound level monitoring app that will vibrate whenever it registers a noise over 50 decibels every time make it vibrate by clattering the dishes they lose a life. Lose all three and they get gunged (either instantly sit them down and gunge them with prepared mess or if you want the dishes complete say that for every additional buzz after all lives are lost there will be additional forfeits like bondage etc) but if they complete the tasks with lives left they get to gunge you. The game can be made even more difficult by getting them a BDSM collar or nipple clamps that come with bells on that they also have to try stop triggering the app.

Anyway that is just an example of turning a chore into a game, let's turn some games into kinkier games by adding game play elements.

Let's modify Rock, Paper, Scissors so you can introduce trash talk elements to it. Indeed there are a number of different ways that it could be modified but let's stick with two for the moment one in which you're competing to see who gets all the mess and forfeits and one in which you're sharing the mess between you.

For the first type, a game to see who faces all the forfeits and who essentially doms the scene let's stick with the idea of lives. Grab 2 pads of Sticky Notes/Post-it Notes. Decide on how many lives you want in the game, I'm just going to say 10 here just to have a number but whatever feels the right length of game is fine. Starting with the first note on each pad put a one in the top corner of the pad and continue numbering the corner of each sheet without peeling them off up to the number of lives you plan on having so in this example number up to 10, then on the sheet after the 10 write something like "slime time," "you lose," or whatever you feel like. Each person then takes a pad each and on each of the sheets from the beginning up to the Slime Time sheet they write another forfeit they want the other person to have to do, ideally start with the tamest forfeit at the start working up to ruder or more extreme ones near the end. Once each player has written a forfeit on each sheet they swap Post-it pads without peeking ready to play Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Play Rock, Paper, Scissors and each time someone loses they have to take the top sheet off the forfeit pad their opponent gave them revealing the next forfeit their opponent wants to do to them and taking them one life closer to being gunged and facing all the forfeits. As the lives dwindle and more extreme forfeits revealed there is plenty of opportunity for trash talking and taunting. The first person to get to their Slime Time sheet get gunged with all the forfeits as revealed on their sheets.

OK now for a variation of Rock, Paper, Scissors where you both get messy. Make up various messy substances in various jugs, buckets and receptacles. Ensure there are a mix of nice and sweet substances as well as some gross savoury ones. Then either get a bunch of cards or envelopes you can put pieces of paper in and write a bunch of non-messy forfeits on them and then either place the cards face down on the table or put each piece of paper in an envelope and muddle them all up.

Play Rock, Paper, Scissors. Each time someone wins a round they either get to reserve a messy substance to use on their opponent by moving it to their side of the table OR they can make their opponent have to take a forfeit card/envelop introduces a little strategy, do you try reserve as the most gross messy item still on the table to use on them or do you get them to take a forfeit card in the hopes they pick out the worst ones? Once all the messy items have been reserved and forfeit cards are taken proceed to enact forfeits (if they need to put something on then quickly do it now) and then begin messing each other with the items you've each won the right to use. Plenty of opportunity to trash talk as you each pick a messy substance you plan to use on the other person or whenever you get them to pick a forfeit card and they get a bad one.

Now Snakes and Ladders is an awesome base game for many kinky games. The potential for reversals of fortune make for some exciting twists and turns in the process of finding out who gets the rewards and who gets the forfeits. The only downside is the Snakes and Ladders played normally is entirely luck-based (by design, it was meant to be a moral lesson about karma and fate) which doesn't give players any way of influencing their performance. But again as I say you can add other elements to anything including this game.

What if we introduced a rule in which each turn once a player has rolled the two dice they are asked a trivia question by their opponent (use an online trivia question generator), if you get the question right you can either: move you piece the total sum of both dice you rolled OR you can move your piece forward by the total of one die and move your opponent's piece backwards by the total of the other die you rolled. BUT if you get it wrong your opponent gets to choose one of your two dice rolls to move you piece back by. Instead of just having to accept whether you're going to land on a ladder or a snake now each player can make tactical choices to manoeuvre each other onto a snake or themselves onto a ladder. Then instigate a rule that anyone that gets to 100 instantly wins but also set a countdown going with the rule that whoever is ahead when the countdown goes off wins as technically regular snakes and ladders can theoretically go on forever, a probability that increases when you can try make each other land on a snake. The winner gets to make the loser face all the mess and any further forfeits they accumulated during game play.

In the original snakes and ladders the snakes were named with vices written on them and the ladders written with virtues. What if you wrote rewards on the ladders and forfeits on the snakes and that going up or down them added a reward or forfeit to your list.

You could even make it more tactical, what if instead both ladders and snakes had forfeits written on them but that taking a ladder means you have to add a forfeit to your own list of forfeits but taking a snake allows you to the forfeit to your opponent's list. Now you can choose whether or not to take a snake or ladder you land on, do you take the ladder to increase your chance of winning but have to add a forfeit to the list of forfeits you may have to perform if you lose or do you want to add a forfeit to your opponent's list at the cost of making victory less likely?

Anyway I could babble on forever on variations like Snakes and Ladders and others but once you start making these modifications you can see how to solve other problems like you say a game might go on too long, then do as I suggested in the Snakes and Ladders start a countdown on a phone, turn screen off so no-one can see it and agree if the game isn't finished when it goes off whoever is in the lead wins. Alternatively things like the lives based Rock, Paper, Scissors if it is too long or too short next time either add more lives or have fewer lives. Modify and experiment, eventually you can even craft entirely new games just out of the game mechanics themselves, for instance one of the board games I made was made purely from combining different mechanics and the only thing I can think of even remotely close to it is like a kinky Trivial Pursuit but where the colours correspond to different kinky forfeits but that is basically where the similarities to that game end.

Love the variations on snakes and ladders as well as the history lesson

One issue with board games and mess is inevitably the board/pieces could get messy while you play, which isn't always ideal, especially for cardboard!
Any tips for this?

This is a non messy example, but I recently played a game of top trumps with a forfeit wheel for 3 losses, I had three levels of wheels one spicier than the last, worked quite well but we quickly jumped from wheel to wheel, getting the balance of time and fun is tricky for sure!

Would love to read about more examples of games that can be modified

I have always wanted to play messy battleship. This is done by the traditional game. 5 ships aircraft carrier with 5 hits, battleship with 4, cruiser and submarine with 3 each and pt or destroyer with 2. It is decided before whether each hit is a pie or an messy item. I have played where each hit was a cool whip pie and the sunk ship was an messy item used by the other person on me; ie 5 pies for each hit on my carrier then beans poured into my underwear. The few times I played this is how we did it where an item we really didn't want used on us being the little 2 hit ship. We would set the game up on the computer and play via the website and web cam or if anyone is lucky enough can be done in person. With the other person doing the messy treatment. Just an idea of a game.

Gonna start off by clarifying that I'm not intending on leaving the UMD completely (have had a couple messages here and elsewhere enquiring whether I was) this was really to gauge whether there was sufficient interest to dedicate time to some major game related thing here. Not a website, I sort of wrote off the whole gameshow website idea before this, but more like saying trying to post a new FapRoulette style game weekly/fortnightly with one bigger monthly game drop instead of say spending that time doing other games elsewhere. Given the time commitment doing games elsewhere I would be trimming back my public involvement to mainly lurking with only the occasional comment here or there I'll still be reachable here by DMs.


Yeah of all the ideas I've been able to list I'm strongly gravitating towards some of the CYOA ideas I've been meaning to write up for a long time especially as it is less artwork intensive I've fine in Blender or doing graphic design by rearranging other artwork but my 2D illustration skills are pretty bad, such that it tends to be my biggest bottleneck making games though only one of my CYOA ideas has any WAM elements and that one I don't really know where would be best to market, probably too much WAM for the BDSM crowd but not enough for here

Though I'm also tempted at making a card game I have into an app so I don't have to juggle so many custom decks for people.


Thanks, they're just the tip of the Snakes and Ladders variants iceberg, it'll come up again in a moment I find it an interesting quirk that two of the oldest boardgames at the extreme ends of the skill vs luck spectrum chess and Snakes and Ladders both originated from India.

Messy Forfeit Issues
Sure messy forfeits have a number of issues that make them more difficult to incorporate into games than many other kinky forfeits have. Just to include all the issues:

1. Messy forfeits require more pre-planning than most forfeits. Whether you need to plan ahead to buy significant quantities of mess even if you use foods that you often buy to eat, you probably need more than usual and if they require refrigerating may not have long to use. Or you may need to mix up particular recipes and you're probably going to want to set up things to contain the mess which all increases the amount of pre-planning required.

2. If you do make up certain recipes or bought food especially for a scene/game you essentially have now put yourself in a position where you either use it or waste it and nobody wants to do that. This can present a problem for games such as saying whichever chess pieces get taken determine what substance you have to get messy with or a quiz in which you say they can avoid some items with correct answers. In both scenarios there will likely be stuff left over. If you're playing together in person you can try get around this problem in different ways. For instance the chess one you could say the loser faces all the remaining mess though I'll explain later why I don't like this as a messy chess variation. In the quiz you could say that a correct answer means the substance gets put aside for a final bonus question where if they get the bonus question right they get to get revenge with all the substances put to one side but get it wrong and they face them anyway. However if for instance you're playing online and both sides have messy items prepared in case they lose or have to face those forfeits then someone by the end has a bunch of items leftover that will be a waste not to use but using them anyway at the end begs the question of what was the point of the game in the first place?

3. Messy forfeits can be a bad idea to deploy mid game for a lot of games. As you mention the board and pieces can get messy. Cards can be completely destroyed. Make a dice or spinner messy and they become sticky so don't roll or spin properly.

4. If you play kinky games regularly messy forfeits get expensive fast. As most mess is one use only every game will wind up costing you.

Some solutions
Firstly unless you are playing a game that doesn't require your contestant/player to actually touch anything (ie either a quiz where they just have to answer questions or they can tell you the choices they make and you administer them whether they be tactical gameplay choices or forfeit guesses of whether to go for bucket A or B) you are probably best saving the messy forfeits for the end of the game as a climax. Sure you could just splatter the pie straight away but as much as people rush for instant gratification there can be even more fun to be had delaying it. Compare the difference in excitement between going into a shop a immediately buying the thing you want versus the excitement you might have had when younger waiting the night before a birthday or Christmas for the presents the next day. Sure you could mess up your opponent straight away but there is much more opportunity for teasing and trash talk if once you win the game you handcuff them to the messy chair and you slowly put away the game you were playing as you teasingly describe in explicit detail how you're going to enjoy slowly pouring certain substances over them and how it is going to ooze into various nooks and crannies over their body to really build up their anticipation before you then let them have it.

Kinky games are as much about creating a certain fun emotional adventure as they are the gameplay mechanics themselves and so sometimes delaying the forfeit allows time to allow the emotions themselves to build.

If the game you are playing does indeed require some form of instant forfeit within it and mess isn't suitable this is where being able to include other non-messy forfeits can come in handy.

With this idea of delayed messy forfeits we can see a way of not only tackling not getting board pieces, cards, dice or spinners messy but we can solve the pre-planning and not wasting substances problems above as well. You can use a pre-game/mini-game say a week in advance to determine what the messy forfeit will be. (Indeed my Messy Contact and Slippery Escape games both determine what mess will be used a week in advance). Not only does this give you enough time to get only the substances that is need but allows for a week of mutual teasing and trash talk in the run up to the big game itself. Now you can either use that big game to determine other things like who will get the mess, or how they will be getting the mess or additional forfeits besides the mess.

For something like the online games where you're playing to determine what messy substances the loser of this week's game will need to get and gunge themselves with at the start of next week's online game where once they have washed and dried their hands they then have to play this week's game whilst still messy before they can shower clean against last week's clean winner to determine who will be getting messy before next week's game. You still have someone getting messy each week after the first week but with only the loser needing to buy the substances they need AND the possibility of the winner and loser being able to send teasing and trash talking message between each other in the week leading up to the loser having to gunge themselves.

I take this idea of determining the messy items or game in advance with other games a step further with my kinky games dynamic. Let's say you have a certain monthly budget to spend on messy games but want to play a kinky game each week. You could split that messy budget across each week and have a small messy forfeit each week. I don't think that winds up being that satisfying, firstly the law of diminishing returns mean if you keep doing something regularly the novelty is lost and it becomes less pleasurable meanwhile you're having to go to the continual effort of weekly set up and clean up for a small mess. BUT if instead most of that monthly budget is reserved for one big messy game a month then you can have big spectacular messy games that you can make a special occasion worth doing the set up and clean up. The other weekly games if devoted to say other non-messy kinky forfeits (hell even a wet game involving a cold shower/bath in your clothes is cheap with minimal set-up) you can make it that the winner in each of the non-messy kinky games also gets an additional benefit (eg extra life or extra time) in the monthly messy game such that you have a month playful banter and games leading up to the main messy event.

Emotional Adventures with Kinky Games
So anyway I'm digressing a little. It is my belief that with kinky games the most important thing to get right is the emotional journey/adventure being designed for the player. Yes balancing timing is important but it is often secondary to the emotional side. For instance if the emotional journey is one of anticipation and teasing then if you get the pacing right you can draw it out for days working up to an exciting climatic final game but similarly a humiliation based game can be much quicker. For instance a non-messy example of a quick humiliation game is my Clean The Windows game. In this game the player is tasked with wiping down the inside of the windows in their home in 5/10 minutes (depends on how many windows they have) whilst they try balancing a book on their head. Each time the book falls from their head they have to take an item of clothing off. They must do their largest street facing window last and if they run out of time or drop the book from their head whilst naked they face a bigger forfeit.

Essentially timing can be a little more flexible provided whatever time you do use is being used to increase fun and emotional effect. I know I'm a little more liberal with creating longer games as I take a personal philosophy that life will be as boring as people let it be and that with some thought or effort most things can be made more fun/into games and so I make an effort to expand fun into more areas in life.

Let's take a look at some of the emotional adventures that can be made with games and example games that work well with those emotions.

Suspense-based
By far the most popular adult themed games in the world tend to fall in this category (eg. Strip poker, spin the bottle, Truth or Dare). These tend to involve a large amount of luck in them which means regardless of everyone's skill level the outcome is a mystery and it is exciting to play to find out what is going to happen in terms of the examples that'll be who is going to get naked first, who might the bottle say you should kiss/get freaky with or what dare might you be asked. The large luck element also means where there are winners and losers there is no prospect of anyone feeling bad if they lose as they can notch it up to luck. The suspense of finding out what the outcome can be further intensified by the presence of catch-up mechanics that have the possibility of reversals of fortune that mean the mystery of who might win remains right up to the end of the game.

Such reversals of fortune are best done based on luck (eg. Rolling a number that lands you on a Snake or Ladder can dramatically change whether you are in the lead or not) than lazier mechanics such as "points in this round are worth more than all the previous rounds before" (then what was the point of playing the previous rounds). If you wish to introduce handicaps during game play of games of this nature it is better for the handicaps to go to the person currently winning than those currently losing to increase the odds of catching up and therefore keep the mystery of who will win alive for longer allowing large leads to continue increasing in these types of games leads to boredom as everyone can see who is going to win and people are just playing out the clock. As mentioned Snakes and Ladders, with its heavy luck based elements and ladder and snake based catch-up mechanics is a great example of a game to use for this sort of emotional journey winner gets to gunge the loser as well as administer any forfeits the loser accumulated travelling on snakes or ladders.

Humiliation-based
If you and your partner are both fine with exploring erotic humiliation then hyper competitive skill or mental games can be used to deepen the humiliation experience by playing up the "losing to a superior opponent" side of it. Remember erotic humiliation should always be done with consent, if it isn't it is emotional abuse, so discuss and agree that both are OK with this sort of play and that both are happy for the winner to play a "bad winner" mocking, teasing and tormenting the loser to heighten the erotic humiliation experience. It is fine for handicaps in these types of games to hamper the progress of the current loser as even though they are losing, such games should be designed that the more they lose by the worse the forfeits/humiliation will get and so even if it looks like they're going to lose early on, they can enjoy playing on to try resist facing the worst forfeits.

A good game to use for this would be Chess, entirely skill based and adversarial. For a messy humiliation version of Chess I recommend that the loser will get all the mess (messy humiliation works better where the person administering it remains clean). Whilst the loser will get all the mess the pieces they lose determine the additional forfeits they might face. For instance for every pawn they lose the winner can make them either put on or take off one item of clothing or cosmetics or bondage. For each knight taken the winner may either fill the loser's shoe with a substance or have the loser put their feet in a bowl/bucket of something. For each bishop taken the winner may fill the loser's underwear with another substance. For each rook taken the winner may shampoo and massage another substance deep into the loser's hair. If the loser lost their queen then they will have to scoop all the mess up off the floor into a Mucky Bucket to get head dunked in. All other messy substances to be dumped over their head or if pies pied anywhere the winner chooses.

With the pieces that are taken determine whether any substances such as half melted ice cream can be poured into their underwear or whether treacle can be shampooed into their hair or not there still remains the forfeits per pieces whilst ensuring all the mess is used.

Intimacy/Connection-based
These games are more about the emotional connection you share with your partner. Messy games of this nature involve both people getting messy, whether in some tit-for-tat messy food/pie fight or a playful messy wrestle or other means. The best games here are those that accentuate the feeling of being together so games that involve co-operative play with your partner can work here.

One such example, assuming you're able to find another couple that likes messy games near you, would be to meet up for a messy dinner party and play Pictionary. The losing couple gets stripped, hands tied behind each other's back in the Yab-Yum tantric sex position and gunged by the winning couple. Given the art based nature of the game you could argue that the gunging should be with paint THOUGH if you are all WAM fans I suspect both couples would like to get messy like this so I'd probably recommend using the dinner party theme instead and having a load of nice sweet food and gross savoury food and have it the losing couple receive the gross mess in the Yab-Yum position before everyone switches roles for the winning couple to also get messy in that position but with the sweet mess instead.

Glorification-based
Can have some similarities to the intimacy/connection based ones as at times these games can also have a working together sort of feel but is really the opposite of the Humiliation-based games (and so can help keep an emotional balance if you do like exploring humiliation together) where instead of punishing the loser with humiliation instead the winner is rewarded either by getting the opportunity to get you back with a messing or getting to play out a fantasy of theirs. For games of this nature I'd recommend taking a personal goal they'd like to achieve, break it down into smaller chunks and give those goals time deadlines and then based on whether they achieve them or not reward them with their prize.

Anyway I've definitely bollocked to much, if anyone is interested in any particular area covered here just say and I'm happy to go further into it or give a bunch of game examples then rather than continue this particular wall of text.

I don't know how unique my own experiences are, but it does strike me that a number of the scenarios you describe involve more time, and / or more people, than my wife and I are generally able to devote to our WAM.

I'd have thought we're not that uncommon as a couple in that we indulge in WAM perhaps once or twice a month, basically as a form of extended foreplay, and somewhat asymmetrically - ie I enjoy getting my wife messy, but getting me messy back is not something she's too bothered about. So we have used games, fundamentally, I guess, as a way of drawing out the fun over a longer period. However, I'd say there are a couple of significant differences to what you've described.

Firstly, the game doesn't want to go on too long. A few rounds of poker, musical statues or a quiz are great, but as the excitement builds we do want to put the game aside and, shall we say, move on. The thought of having to sit through a whole game of chess before we actually get to have sex fills me with horror !

Secondly, because of the asymmetry I described, the game essentially has to be rigged. So the quiz questions for her are impossibly hard, or she deliberately loses each round of musical statues. An alternative strategy we've used successfully is to make the forfeits asymmetric - so if I lose a round (of eg poker) I take something off, having started fully clothed, if she loses she puts an item of mess soaked clothing on, having started naked. I don't know if you've thought about the problem of "rigging" a game while still keeping an element of chance / fun?

Those are just my own experiences - I'm certainly interested to hear what works for others.

[Edit - just thinking about this a bit more. The other "messy foreplay" activity we tend to do is role play based (eg "clumsy waiter in a restaurant" etc etc). I wonder if the games we play are also actually more about role play than competitiveness - ie role playing a "losing a messy game" scenario. I think that clearly has an influence on what type of games we enjoy playing.]

If the time you are spending on the game instead contributing to building emotions, fun and arousal in your play then cut it out. If a game can be tweaked to meet your preferences as a couple then tweak them, I can't suggest one size fits all rules for all couples but as with the Snakes and Ladders and Rock, Paper, Scissors hint at what is easiest to tweak for people to get best results. If a game still winds up no longer adding to the experience and can't be tweaked then abandon it. Not all games will be suitable for all couples. Indeed the humiliation-based games should only be pursued between couples comfortable playing within erotic humiliation and can provide each other the appropriate aftercare or emotional support and validation afterwards.

Now whilst I focused on a number of longer length games this was to highlight some benefits of delaying gratification (given this is the internet I didn't think it necessary to make a similar case for instant gratification ) for pleasure control play, get around problems of having to pre-planning for mess and provide an experience around anticipation and suspense that can give non-WAMMERS people play with additional ways to derive fun from the experience. I don't proscribe that this is what everyone should do it a certain way.


I would never seek to rig a game. As far as I am concerned once you rig it, it is no longer a game as you know the outcome you are steering it towards and so it becomes a roleplay scene instead where you are pretending to play a game. They're much easier to do than games as you don't have to spend any time working out how to balance the game or how to facilitate the various outcomes. If I'm doing a particular scene like that, let's say it is meant to be a humiliation scene based around getting a really bad result in a super tough pop quiz, I make it clear it is a scene rather than a game from the beginning I don't want anyone to wonder whether a future game with high stakes might get secretly rigged I make it clear I don't cross that boundary for games, part of the fun is the uncertain outcome that rigging it robs from it.

Asymmetric Rewards and Forfeits with Games

In most occasions the games I come up with have to be asymmetric in terms of rewards and forfeits as people often play with others with different kinky interests (by virtue of this being a WAM forum I'm mostly specifically posting WAM based games only, plenty of others aren't WAM based and most are flexible in that the forfeits and rewards varied to be messy or something else) but that doesn't mean they don't have to be games. If you played a game in which the stakes are the winner gets to have their favourite roleplay scenario acted out, even with the terms the same the roleplay each chooses will be different.

Given that I could be playing with another switch or I might be playing with a submissive I tend to have single-player variants of games as whilst the terms I use with a switch might be the winner gets to do y to the loser, with a submissive I take more of a game administrator position and they are trying to win rewards and avoid forfeits/punishments. A quiz is a simple example of game administrator (the question master) giving questions to a single player. My previous example games of Clean The Windows and doing the dishes (by coincidence those are both games made out of chores) also fit the mould of administering a game they play.

To illustrate with a relatively single player example back on my Snakes and Ladders variant, it could be that each of the ladders has a reward the player can win, the snakes have forfeits written on them. They answer a question each turn to be allowed to roll the dice. They must take any snakes or ladders they land on but when they do the rewards or forfeits they go on get listed on a piece of paper. Every turn you roll dice for your counter BUT don't have to answer questions AND you must ignore all snakes and ladders you land on. If you get to the final square before they do they get all the forfeits they have accumulated but none of the rewards BUT if they get their first they win all the rewards and avoid all of the forfeits. All the prizes and rewards relate solely to them in this scenario with no prospect of switching.

Now you can do win a prize(s) or win a forfeit(s) approach but you can also make it that the prize or forfeit is fixed but the other is dependant on the game. The include scenarios for both of these with WAM based forfeits but non-WAM based rewards.

Fixed forfeit, variable reward
Dinner is on me: You make up various food based messes. You let your partner know that all of the messes will eventually be getting dumped on them with the next mess getting dumped on them with each wrong answer they give BUT for each correct answer the restaurant you'll take them too tomorrow evening will get better. (Make a list of local restaurants starting with crappy fast-food takeaways working up to fanciest in the area and with each correct answer work your way up the list). Once the last food mess is dumped on them the game ends and the restaurant they got to in the list is where you'll both be going tomorrow Give them some nice questions so it doesn't turn out to be a McDonalds.

Variable forfeit, fixed reward
Slime Shopper: Tell them that they can take you out shopping with them and that you're going to pay for them to get a new outfit that doesn't include waterproof clothing or accessorises BUT that the catch is when you get back home they will have to wear the outfit they get to play a quiz with a messy final forfeit. For every question they get right they can take off another item of their new outfit to be saved from getting messy but when the questions run out, no matter how much of their new outfit they're still wearing they're going to be made into a messy wreck and will have to hope what they're still wearing will survive the mess and being cleaned. So the reward of a new outfit is constant but the forfeit of how much of it might be getting messy remains.

Now both of those where non-sexy, non-kink based forfeits just to sort of broaden the ideas you can delve into for potential rewards to include in asymmetrical reward vs forfeit games but you can just as easily make their reward be doing something sexy or kinky they enjoy instead of getting messy. Forfeits and rewards though vary by the person, as a result I have a little card game template that I customise with different people so I can work out what are good prizes/rewards and forfeits/punishments and funishments to put in that person's card decks so that whenever they win/lose something and have to randomly select a prize or forfeit they can do from their customised card deck.

Including a game element within a roleplay scene

So whilst I don't rig games, instead considering them to be scenes, that doesn't mean I can't include a small 'gamified,' element within the scene itself. There's two ways I do this. The most preferable is leaving one small element up to random chance people themselves are shit at faking random chance. Just think of how often couples or friends that know each other well can finish each other's sentences to realise how predictable people can be that it is best leaving the randomising to something else. For instance you could say to you partner in a scene with a blowjob that you're going to use a coin toss to determine whether to cum on their face or in their mouth, flip the coin partway through and your partner can find out the result when you cum. Randomisation where people are involved involve things like the common messy trope of label the buckets and they say a number/letter and you surprise them with the contents of that bucket.

The other way I can introduce a sort of CYOA (Choose your own adventure) element to the scene, even if you are doing a dominant/submissive scene you don't have to make all the scene decisions to remain playing the dominant role, you can present your submissive with a choice or dilemma in which you have constrained all the options they have to choose from. The most easily recognised would be the "would you like to do this the easy way or the hard way," in which you give the option of choosing between facing a specific small forfeit to receive a specific small reward OR facing a specific large forfeit to receive a specific large reward. They then have the dilemma of deciding whether to go for the small forfeit and reward or large forfeit and reward. Alternatively you can make it that you have a scene in mind with two very different possible endings that likely both equally appeal to your partner but you make clear they can only choose one. The best way to do any of these CYOA like ones is to make it a simple choice between just two or three ends, only have one decision point and the more balanced they options are to make it a dilemma the more torturous picking is going to be.

But yeah to summarise again, I don't fix games as they're no longer games when they're fixed in my view they no longer require balancing. You don't have to play for whoever is going to face a given forfeit players can play for different rewards and forfeits you can even have single player games that you administer the game for. And as always, if the game is not contributing to the emotional adventure or fun whether because it is taking too long letting emotions tail off or is too short to allow them to develop in the first place then rebalance the game to best suit both players (remember non-wammers won't get the same instant gratification thrill from the mess wammers will) or ditch the game entirely if it doesn't work for you both. Not all games suit all couples.

I can't really just post all the games I've come up with across WAM and all kinks as it'd take an entire book and these long wordy posts are the least interesting way possible to convey those ideas but I drill down on more specific points.
