I found 2 quick pie-scenes on a British TV show called 3-2-1 ("Circus" 1984).

It's the dancers doing the number "Be A Clown"

The song starts at ~25:15:
1st pie at ~26:12- 26:15,
2nd pie at ~28:08

They are really quick pies, but it's a mainstream scene and a cute one.

I taped this, and most of the editions of 3-2-1 (1978 - 1987) when they were rerun over 20 years ago on Challenge TV - a UK version of the USA's Buzzr!
