Well, the final results are in and effectively "mess, then cut", and "mess, cut, mess, cut", are effectively in a dead heat, on 45 and 44 respectively. Cut then mess trails at 10 votes, but it did get 10 votes so not a completely dead idea.

Thanks again to everyone who voted, and as mentioned upthread, we will soon be doing a "mess, cut, mess, cut" scene with two of our girls having identical outfits gunged and gradually sliced off them till they're in very messy shredded bits.
