So? I have been very open here on the umd of how I got started doing this, what this business is to me, my life, and ALL....
So? (and dont answer anything you dont want to! obviously!)
but? How did you get started doing this? Do you do it with your significant other? Is this now your main job/play? Do you prefer to take customs or do your own ideas? (or both!) What is your life like outside of what we see here? (like I said, you dont have to answer anything you dont want to!) What keeps you here on the umd? What does a messy day look like to you?

because I? Have a lot of things I would LIKE to do, fetish wise, outside of just messy. I am considering starting a site for pantyhose and sock lovers....because socks? Truly are a love of mine and a good fitting pair of beautiful hosiery? Oh man....it gets me going!!
I am highly interested! I met people in Vegas but didnt get to sit down and talk a whole lot to the point of asking these questions! I guess I just want to know what everyone else does! But, I wont lie....producing and now doing literally EVERYTHING on my own after firing my camera man of 4 years.....things can be REALLY HARD. I forgot what filming was like before I had a camera man BUT it is allowing me to get back to that place and really feel good about filming myself and having a blast doing it! I got first found myself interested into this lil niche years ago from regular movie and TV scenes that would cross my eyes as a kid like For all the Marbles, Stripes, Silk Stockings, TJ Hooker, Tightrope and crash TV programs like Wally George, Real People etc. I always was fascinated by female wrestling so there was a natural marriage that took place early on.
Years passed on and of course I found this lil place back about 20 something years ago and I been on and off since then. I have other interests outside of WAM. I'm a musician, and often do session work for local and regional artists which is what led me to production. I first got hooked on photo and video when I met another Producer from our community from Soft Dangers/aka DIDVP when he needed assistance for a camera operator. I honestly didn't know jack about running a camera but thought it would be fun trying something new out for a change and it was a hell of a learning experience experience as Michael taught me my first disciplines in being a producer/photographer on set.
I then went head in on my production path about 16 years ago when I applied at a local production and started as stage help, which eventually the creative team decided to put me on "sticks". A bit later they would toggle me on and off between sticks and roaming shoulder rig and eventually I found myself in the production booth running 8-10 cameras on a ATEM console and 6-12 screens looking at me as I direct shots. Music is still my primary passion but video production quickly became it's mistress LOL.
I started this gig as a passion project because I felt it needed to be done. It was kind of a challenge to myself to see how far I can go and if it can be done it on this level or magnitude that involves the amount of preparation, planning and quality control that Professional live production has taught me. The outfits, the dancing and of course the wrestling, And we are still growing and learning new things to add, supplement and how to push new boundaries in this niche of ours. It's a HUGE pain in the ass BUT I would be lying if I didn't say that I love it. The reception we received in the very short time we have been around has been just humbling! I just can't define the feeling other than just watching something you created take shape and become something way more than you expected.
Have said all that, this isn't my main gig. I run my own business as well as my side gigs in photography and production. I shoot EVERYTHING from music videos, fashion shows, weddings, corporate events and sometimes I'll just take my camera out and shoot whatever I see that I find beauty in. I love art but I also love this lil segment of my passion less spoken of. It is only appropriate that the two meet at some point to hopefully create something breathtaking that everyone can appreciate.
Lately, I've been in love with making customs! The few that we have done they loved and it really pushes my creativity to really help bring a clients vision to life. We work with our clients much like I would any couple looking for a videographer/cinematographer for their wedding and it's a sharing of ideas that creates the final product so I been really fascinated about doing more!
If I could say, I honestly wouldn't mind being a hired gun for other producers/productions. Like I said, as much as I love production, I am most home behind the camera. I wouldn't mind being a resource for other producers to elevate their own works and bring something unique to the table.
I also wouldn't mind trying my hands at a live event. Nothing like any live stream but much like any PPV from WWE or AEW. I have the means, and I have the resources. It really just a matter of interest to cover the staffing and production costs needed to run 3 cameras in UHD online. Kinda like our own Messy Wrestlemania of sorts. It's a dream anyways and the ladies would absolutely have a blast!
I do have a Mrs in my life and she is my best friend in the world I could ever ask for. We prefer to do and share things in private but she is my biggest fan next to my mother!

The world of wam was something that my husband and I explored together. We have been together since a young age and always wondered what it would be like to be pied and slimed after seeing tv shows. We started exploring on Messygirl, sharing photos and videos we liked. We had our first mess session about 14 years ago and have been hooked since.
We both have full time jobs but truly enjoy getting messy and have played around making videos for each other over the years and now to share with everyone!

I always knew I had a lil bit of a messy fetish, but looking for a way to make some cash in college a UMDer offered me his apartment & gungetank to shoot some UMD videos! From there on I filmed some more scenes of me getting it, and taking private customs from guys (still do now)!
More recently have been more focused on producing female content! But as a 25 year old working a desk job plus finishing up masters, producing on a more remote level makes more sense for me been a blast introducing new models to my Trivia Gameshow series, a zoom gameshow that is filmed wherever the model is, with me directing and asking the questions!

! I own and operate "drenchmedudes" as well and lemme tell you.if you are a WOMAN taking customs from MEN for MEN? Maaaaaan.I got treated like CRAP by most men and they wanted to nickle and dime me! I have so many guys that wanna do wetlook stuff but? The back and forth with men who DID get customs? I got lied to, cheated, and all of it! I was really just in awe!
So? I guess if I start making content again? I'm gonna have to get a male to start a profile here to speak about customs to the other men.and they would work under the HOM of course.but men? Wanting to see other men? I was talked to and treated like CRAP! And we did some really great customs and work for drenchmedudes!
I hope anyone who is a male that reads this that wants male wetlook customs? Be nice!
I'm the one who runs the place and the dudes only get paid enough to show up and get wet for you.
I think it's really cool hearing your story! It also makes me want to venture back into filming guys. I loved doing it!

If you are ever in my area? I say we take a day and come up with some cool concepts and I'll pay you to make some stuff happen! I also, love music. That is the ONLY THING I wish I could change about making wam content. Is having something playing way in the background where I can hear it.but in the video it's Barely a sound..:.just bc I have found that when I'm messy with music? I move and flow way more beautifully. Musicality is one of my specialties when it comes to dance and playing in mess is like a beautiful dance to me!
When you are rolling around in that mess? You wanna feel that energyfrom the model too.
So? I always come up with a song in my head. It's a little harder to do bc sometimes I get overwhelmed by the mess and it's like seeing a new home.the word of the day is "oh my god" I can't help it! But I remind myself to observe and report..::bc I also do love playing to the camera

! That being said it sucks to hear you have dealt with that. I would say the vast majority of guys have been pretty respectful to me, thought I will say guys asking for customs on insta who see themselves as the dominant/ in control type definitely can go south once they hear pricing or after sharing my limits. For me, I got started in college when I realized I enjoyed getting messy and had no desire to keep it to myself! I wanted to get pied, slimed and drenched and share that joy with others. Pretty quickly I realized that it doesn't feel as good (or look as good!) when I get messy solo, so I invited others in the community, and now my girlfriend, to help me out, and I really believe the results speak for themselves. I may be the only model, but I feel like I do a really good job with the limited resources I have.
I too am sorry you've had such terrible experiences with guys' behavior when soliciting customs. If you do ever end up filming guys again, I know it'd be A DREAM to shoot for/with you but I also know just how hard it is to continue to do this. Your drive is unrelenting and I have so much respect for you for continuing to do this after all these years it's not easy!

Everything you just said about the music. SPOT ON! How refreshing to find someone who looks at it as seriously as I do. Like? I did a glitter and glue pic set and a video....I was just trying it out. I know there was music during the regular shoot (me nude or in lingerie) but I didnt pick it. I recall me not flowing as well bc I didnt choose the music. When I got to doing the glitter and glue I believe he turned it off or I was just focusing bc I was just trying it out and seeing what it would do....so my attention was mostly on that. It was a very new feeling. The music still gave me a little groove but not like it would have if I would have chosen it myself. (i am kinda a snob about music, lol, self proclaimed)
anyway, yes it is unfortunate that men that are not attracted to a woman cannot seem to work with them in a business respect and be kind knowing I am doing all I can to make their dream? A reality....and then treating me like I was a joke.
I would love to get back into shooting guys but that left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I can find someone who will do a lot of content for one bulk price so I can shoot some dudes getting wet again! It was fun picking out their clothes!

I ALWAYS have music on my shoots. There are times where it becomes difficult. For instance, I had to do wedding photos on a beach a few weeks back and it was dead quite so I just have to pull my motivation from my surroundings. The seagulls, the ocean waves, the wind, whatever but for my studio stuff? Nah, I have Sonos ready to go. The models get first pick on what they wanna listen to but otherwise I do an alright job finding a good mix. PS: I'm a music snob but luckily, I've developed a diverse palette XD
I've shot with male models before and they were not terrible however I'm a male and we were not shooting fetish or nudes. Typically fashion or glamour stills and headshot photos for their Linkedin or professional profiles lol. I honestly have no idea how male models act on THIS side of the pond but I've heard some of the stories. It's unfortunate. PS: Apparently I have missed my calling as Wardrobe designer. Every lady I picked an outfit for loved it. In fact, Calisa and Mandii took outfits home with them, they loved them so much LOL

Glad to hear that was the case with the models but a bit disappointed to hear that customers were less than kind. It's their loss though. They can enjoy their 10 year old content because no producer will want to work with them for customs. That's the thing many people forget. We don't NEED to do your commission/custom if we feel you are being disrespectful or deceptive. We choose to because it's fun, challenging and rewarding. This gig isn't paying our bills, believe me.
Maybe you could offer LIMITED male customs on a case by case basis for custom clients under specific conditions? Reference check or something similar many female session providers do? It wouldn't be a primary offering but maybe a simple test of the waters and see how well it goes? You probably won't have a line going out the door but at least with some conditions, you can filter out some of the jerks/tirekickers pretty quickly. Just a thought!

My actual interest in WAM came from watching certain TV shows when I was as young as 5. As I got older, I realized this was a kink for me.
Fast forward to circa 2001. I hop on the world wide web to try and see if anything messy existed. The first thing I found was MessyFun, which if I remember correctly, had a portal to something called the UMD at the bottom of it's main page. And I was like... "OH WHAT!? I'm not the only one!?"
I lurked here for a LONG time before I finally made an account. My profile may say I've been here 17 years, but its honestly more like 22 if you count them lurkin' years. I occasionally hearted and comment on things, but I was just happy to see producers making content and in general people sharing their sessions, experiences, and stories.
To back track a bit, I met the one you all know as 'The Wife' WAY back when we were in 6th grade. All together, we went to the same school from 6th - 12th grade...but we NEVER dated! One person was always single while the other was in a relationship. That didn't stop us from randomly making out over those years, but I digress. Sometime after we graduated high school, I told her about my fondness for mess with an emphasis on slime. She thought the whole thing sounded absolutely incredible! BUT...alas...we never did anything about it. I would only see her sporadically in passing for the next few years. I had my relationships, and she had hers.
Fast forward to 2012. I wake up to find a message on Facebook messenger. It's her! And at this point, it had been a while since we last saw each other. She said that she randomly thought of me and wanted to hang out. Of course I said yes. At this point I had been a home owner for a little less than a year, so I told her where I lived and we agreed to meet there. Man...when she stepped out of that car...looking tan, long dark hair, that absolutely gorgeous smile, those big glimmering eyes, and those legs that went on for days....all those old feelings came rushing back. Needless to say, it didn't take us long before we FINALLY started dating. And...AND...I finally got to show her what pies and slime were all about. And unlike my previous 3 long term relationships...she actually thought it was a ton of fun and dare I say enjoyed the experience! Throughout our years of messy sessions, we always joked about opening a store on the UMD or at the very least, sharing some pics. But among other reasons, we knew none of our parents would approve.
In 2017, we finally tied the knot. I proposed to her on the school grounds where we originally met, and had our marriage ceremony inside the school as well.
In 2018 we welcomed our son into the world...who was born on PI day of all days.
Fast forward to 2020. It's the pandemic. It's March, and businesses are closing...including the one where I worked at. As work slowed down for the both of us, we had to figure out what to do. And that's when the topic of the UMD came up again...only this time, we weren't joking. Ultimately, we decided to post a few pics and Gifs from a vid we made a few months prior...to see if there was any interest in seeing her get messy. (this is our 'Trivia' video!)
The rest...as they say...is history.
Random extra: I also have a large fondness of seeing ladies in long and/or slouchy socks. Specifically white, but light colors are also cool. Bonus points if the socks are dirty looking on the bottoms, as if the girl was walking outside with no shoes on in just her socks.

Just to echo The Man and the Wife's statement. We were very similar but we started doing the store for other reasons. My wife had gone through a whole pregnancy in the pandemic and nobody ever saw her due to isolation. She felt very disconnected from a lot of our friends who no longer reached out and women need compliments from people other than their SO. So one day we took some random modeling pictures and posted them here just to see if there was any interest. Kate is in no way an attention seeker but it makes her feel better when other people also compliment her from time to time rather than just from me. Over time, a SO's compliments just dont do any justice. The rest is history.
Couples that get messy together, stick together
I realised I got turned on watching fully clothed women getting wet or messy pretty much as soon as puberty hit, I'd been aware of "funny feelings" watching scenes where it happened on TV even before that. Never really got the pie thing, and have always preferred women in practical clothes - the famous "Great Race" scene does nothing for me because I hate her outfit, whereas gameshows with female contestants in tracksuits or overalls always drove me wild. And of course I was hitting puberty just as TISWAS was at its peak, Sally James getting drenched in jeans on a semi-regular basis definitely had an effect.
This was the early 1980s and video cameras were just becoming a thing, so in the back of my mind was always the idea that it might be fun to film my own scenes, but given I was still at school any such ideas were pure fantasy. For me it started when I had cancer I wasted years and mostly in a clean environment. While being stuck at home I made my self a bucket list. I vowed to complete it at all cost if I beat the illness. I started with 25 things on the lists. Today I have 2 left. I got to be on a film. Now I like to be on a gunge/messy film. I had a arrangement with wam tv but they went under unfortunately. I have been trying to contact messyworld guys. I don't even care bout money. I even pay the cost to help..since being on the fetish films. I have been doing various things in this industry. It's my goal to be in a actual messy/wam film. Now I'm addicted to these videos

Interesting thread My origin story is pretty similar to The Man's. I have been around here longer than my profile says; pretty much since the beginning. I watched messy show's as a kid which must have effected my brain's wiring somehow to have a fetish for pies and slime. I also have a love of fancy clothing (formal wear, business wear, costumes, etc.). And once again similar to The Man's slouch sock thing, I have a thing for tights/stockings that I have no idea where it came from.
As far as producing, I got into photography in high school. My older brother had a really nice 35mm SLR camera and gear that I adopted. Around that same time I got my first real girlfriend and started making my own sploshing scenes. These were the early days of the internet and computers were still super expensive so I had neither. And we both lived with our parents and were broke so the mess was relatively minimal. Fast forward a bit to college and I met Antoinette. She was really into sploshing so it took things to a whole new level. And having some independence and a little more money at that time, the messiness increased! It was around that time that I stumbled upon the MessyFun website and then the UMD. I knew nothing about web design, but had lots of messy pics. I somehow got to talking with Derek/Messmaster and he offered to design and host a website for us. That was the birth of Messy Toni. Derek happened to live relatively close to us so we ended up meeting up eventually. He actually shot his first messy video at my house with us. Good times!
After college, life happened and Toni and I split up. I got out of making content for a while and focused on work and other mundane life things. Fast forward about 10 years and I was dissatisfied with the path I was on so I decided to do a second round of college to get into the medical field. During that time I met Janet and got back into sploshing and producing content. Like Toni, Janet and I split up after college.
That brings us up to recent history. Andi and I actually knew each other for a while before we started a relationship. We worked together so she was well aware that I was an oddball. I actually had no idea she was into me until one day she stalked me on the Bookface and sent me a message. That was about 2 years ago and we have been together ever since!
I usually bring up sploshing early in the dating phase. What with kids these days and their interwebs, she already knew what sploshing was before we got together but had never tried it. I can't just walk away from all those scenes I uploaded! They'd miss me!
But, I wont lie....producing and now doing literally EVERYTHING on my own after firing my camera man of 4 years.....things can be REALLY HARD. I forgot what filming was like before I had a camera man BUT it is allowing me to get back to that place and really feel good about filming myself and having a blast doing it! (its hard work, though! but its a labor of love!)
I hear you on this! But the pluses are many, not the least of which is being your own boss and owning your stuff.
Some days I went out to film were just great. I shot outdoors. I have incredibly strong memories of how beautiful it was at some of the sites I visited.
Some days weren't so wonderful, though. There is nothing worse than finishing a scene and then finding out that you DIDN'T get it on camera! It got better with practice. Eventually I got at least most of me in the middle of the picture.
I also discovered that I could do a lot with multiple cameras and the editing software to create the illusion of a camera operator. And I gave my main camera its very own name and listed it in the credits.
Funniest feedback I ever got about a scene I shot alone, with just me, myself and I:
"Sir Tripod is such a lucky man to have been right there with you."

yes! before 2019-when i saw my camera man working at a local gas station down the road from me and I asked him if he would be interested in a store I was starting, drenchmedudes, I did everything on my own. The only difference once he started filming as well? Was a dude with a camera. He didnt run anything else in my store and owned nothing. He just held a camera and listened to my ideas of what I wanted it to look like and the angles, theme and all I wanted to capture. This made things a lot easier bc I could set up and have someone ready to go that after a year or so? Could basically read my mind. He helped with some clean up of heavy things too but that was about it.
So? NOt having that anymore and the drama attached to it? Makes me happy to use a tripod and get up and grab the cam or another gal grab it and just go with it! make it look great!
I will say, though. The tripod gets pretty damn nasty with us girls grabbing for it during shoots! haha!

it may be harder but I love to make things beautiful that you all will enjoy as well as me enjoying it what its all about!

I would like to try and monetize my work, either as a book or something like Patreon just to have something supplemental come in along with my day work. whenever someone comes to me with a really great script that CAN be done? Im like "this is awesome!!" but-----alas----my brain has a hard time remembering script.....but? I have gotten better. muchos better! I made it a point to read scripts and know the girls lines TOO, that made it easier to remember mine as well.
Whenever I get one that is just outlandish and is something that TRULY cant be done without TONS of supplies that really dont mix well....or are like, impossible or harmful to the gals I always have to ask whoever wrote the script "have you gotten messy in any of this stuff before? " because sometimes? I think writers get so excited and write the coolest stuff but? They wobble on the line of doable and over the top.
but i LOVE getting a good script and then discussing how I COULD do it to the best of my ability and see if our ideas mesh together. I always want that mess to look glorious for them....but sometimes I have to ask!
Some of the best stuff, I feel like I have done? Is scripted but they have allowed us to go off script a bit and ad lib. It makes it so much more realistic not only to you? but to us as well! so we can have fun and everything makes "sense" if you know what i mean!
kudos on the degrees! I got like 4 years of college under my belt and no degree. lol! I could go back for a year and probably get a degree in a number of things bc I have so many random classes from changing my major so many times.
