I feel like all of our "mud monsters" stick around, this time of year....when the mud season is almost over and we are all releasing our mud stuff from summer! Is this true? mud days are so fun but cost us a LOT. a lot for camera guys, a lot of risks, a lot of traveling and when we do these? I want to make sure that my scenes get hour in the sun they deserve and YOU mud people? can find them!

so? release nothing but mud until im out of my mud content? or? mix it up?? I usually only release one video a week. bc of the overwhelming response to my last mud video? i did not release this week. Also, bc I have had a lot of family stuff going on that has been extremely hard....I had to work and updating just wasnt in the cards.

so! lemme know, my mud people! should I just release all my mud stuff? once a week until its gone? or spread it around?

I have released mud later in the year and the difference in sales is SIGNIFICANT enough to post here! Since I did not release last week I will release early this week with the "weekend price" tacked on all week. thanks again!

just trying to figure out, from a business stand point....even though MOST my mud adventures this year? were NOT customs. They were just me seeking mud, and or visiting ariels spot! that was fun too! or getting into some neat little mud areas during a lake weekend! that was really cool! unexpected and fun! I will say....since I cant hear shit...and my poison ivy is no better....mud is over for the year. as much as i love it....my skin cannot handle it and my hair needs to be done like 3 MONTHS AGO. haha! THANK YOU, and any help or advice on how you purchase or stick around or where you find the mud vids you want?? is helpful to me! twitter? here? only certain times of year? i just rhymed.

Anyway, I'd say you basically answered your own question!
At the end of the day, you need to focus on sales when they matter most, especially if you could use all the help you can get right now!
(I just got something steady going, so I'm looking to FINALLY start buying a scene or two!)
Just do what you have to do girl!

Btw, while I suppose the risk factor and possible liability would be too significant as you just said, have you ever considered doing MUD sessions? On the flip side, for people unfamiliar with the subject and what all goes into one, I could see doing it with a real pro like you or Ariel could be very enlightening!

we have and I know ariel has done one before, i think. the places I have gone? there is no way I would feel comfortable having anyone hike down there with me. scaling those walls of literal WOODS thorns and poison ivy, oak, sumac.....and then sliding down about a 13 or 14 foot wall of slick ass mud...after basically tumbling down a vertical wooded glen. lol. Ariel usually finds spots on the river and has access to a boat. So, her doing them is more likely. I hope we can do some next year They would have to be at her locale BUT ALSO. we can NEVER determine whether or not mud will be exactly as it was. its mud. its like the weather. we cant control it. so.....it would have to be a thing where if the mud wasnt what they wanted they would be okay with doing something else.

To me it gives me a ray of summer that the dark cold days mean, mud season seems a lifetime away. So my vote would be to spread them out over the winter. I appreciate that you need to do the most lucrative thing for you!

I APPRECIATE THAT! that people understand that while i DO LOVE getting messy and playing? that this is my ONLY means of living. I DO have to have the money to make these things happen. mud is not "FREE" supplies. lol. i have had that said to me many times. it is having your car detailed, it is smelling like mud for days, it is having to have your hair done, it is hiring camera guys, paying for gas, ruining clothes, etc. it is SO FUN but it DOES cost money to do I really appreciate hearing from someone they understand that making money off these videos is important....for me to keep making them! thank you for saying that.
