As some may know I have been looking in to doing my own videos here soon but I myself don't really have intention on profiting from them. I just like wam and if producing a video cuts cost and therefore leaves more cash for future videos, then it's a win win for me!
The question I have though is honestly, how much can producers be making a year doing this? Like what would the producers at the top of the food chain actually be making?? I understand that's probably not info most are willing to be public about but it would still be interesting to see where my guess compares to others
It is a bit crass to discuss these things in public and instead this is normally handled via the Gala Awards Dinner at the annual Wam Convention and the awards given in various categories. The next convention is being hosted at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas in Jan 2016. The convention center and 5 floors of rooms have already been booked by 250 wam producers, many of which have been nominated for various awards, with Lenny and Rich vying for the top lifetime achievement award prizes of
- a Bugatti Veyron, or - a private evening with Cindy Crawford and Gisele Bundchen in a room stocked with 1000 cream pies
If you wish to attend the events there are still a few rooms available, but the 2 penthouse suites with rooftop helicopter pads have already been booked by Messmaster and Soundguy respectively. Producers attending using their corporate jets please note there are only 50 parking spots available at Las Vegas Executive Airport, so submit your private jet flight plans early. The basic level room rate at the Wynn Resort is $500 per night but attendees can get a 10% discount. Tickets for the Black Tie Gala Wam Awards Event are $1000 per person with profits going to the "Save a Wam Model" foundation....there are still a few tickets left, so hurry to snap them up.
Short answer: No one was really getting rich from this ten years ago, and now with the flood of YouTube clips.... The ease of (literally) anyone being able to sell their clips via UMD and elsewhere... And the new trend of YouTube users doing customs for $5 (!!).... You're entering a market SO saturated, even longtime producers are having trouble turning a profit.
Non-cynical answer: If you had told me years ago that the biggest-selling album of all time (in the U.S. AND the U.K.) would occur during 2015, the worst year for album sales in HISTORY, I would've laughed in your face. And yet... Adele.
So who knows? You MIGHT release something that the whole community loves and wind up being the WAM version of Adele. (Not a WAMmed Adele.)
Yeah, I like to wax poetically about how I've got a biz license, but the short and sweet of it is, it's subsidized.
That being said, it gives me the ability to splatter on average one guy per month. I also get to splatter them in their underwear and occasionally nude. That is awesome.

Damn - was planning to book one of those but still negotiating to get a private car attached to the Lakeshore Limited to Chicago and then the Southwest Chief to LA to cross the country, private cars on Amtrak trains aren't as simple as they once were, and the TSA seem to have some kind of problem with the double bathtub of custard we want to install. Lady Jasmine and most of the household are sailing to New York on the Queen Mary the week before the conference, once the private train car is sorted we need to fly from LA, suppose we'll have to slum it in a private jet if the helicopter suites have already gone. High time Vegas had a railway connection, flying through the air, other than in an airship, is so very uncivilised.
Seriously, the only way to actually make anything, even just recovering your original outlay, is through long years of production. Eventually, when you have a large back catalog and a well known name, you may start to recover what you've put in, but it takes a long time to turn round.
Not trying to brag, but our Messygirl network of sites do very well for us. And actually, after a redo earlier this year of our Messygirl.com site, it has taken off and doubled in memberships.
So we want to take the time to thank all our fans who helped make 2015 a banner year for us.

If you updated your messygirlblowjobs site more often im sure your profits would ten fold. In saying this will you be doing any more updates?

Sadly, my personal helicopter will be in the shop getting the gold plating on the rotor tips buffed and polished that week, so I'll be forced to use a rental chopper like some kind of goddamn ANIMAL.

I'm sorry you have to come slum it with us peasants and our rental helicopters and jets.
