Long story short, allegedly there was a producer who didn't pay the models he used and then scammed money from people for customs. He got banned and came back multiple times with different user names pretending to be the very models he scammed and making new websites to do the same scam basically.

I would like to offer my condolences by anyone who was hurt by this scammer, and I thank you for this UMD history lesson.

It was both, and a few more. They all had YouTube vids, which was the style at the time. Skylar did exist longer and had vids, which I think that was an offshoot of Gia Moretti. But as I recall both were affiliated with Chris. Who now does MessyAllure on instagram, so fair warning.
