Did the mac survive? Anything left of the dress?

The mac survived just fine and will no doubt be used again in future scenes.
The dress went straight in the bin when we got back, as while it might have been theoretically possible to wash it out and get a seamstress to re-attach the sleeves, in reality I know I never get round to things like that, simpler to bin it and we'll find another in a charity shop at some point.

Glad people are liking this one! Both girls had an awesome amount of fun shooting it.

Is there a washing section as well?

Not released with this scene I'm afraid, and TBH I'm not sure if we filmed one at all.

Bear in mind if we do shoot a hosedown after a mud scene, it's done in the clothes the girls travelled back to the Hall in, not what they were wearing in the mud. When we come off the mud they take their outer clothes off and drop them in a plastic tub for later washing (or in the case of Rosemary's dress here, binning), and change into boilersuits or sportswear for the journey back. We don't always do a hosedown video, and when we do the girls get paid half the standard wetlook rate, on top of their mud scene rate, and those scenes usually get released as bonus extras in 5-week months.

Last summer we actually tried a new approach entirely on some scenes, instead of travelling back and forth constantly we booked a room at a cool little hotel near Marsh House (the house itself was shut up for the season as the Full-Wellingtons and their staff were out of the country, so we couldn't use the facilities there), and instead of washing their heads off and changing into tracksuits, the girls just removed their outer clothes and changed straight into waterproofs - hoods up to cover muddy hair, jackets tucked into trousers and trousers tucked into wellies - and went straight back to the hotel and into the room's shower while I waited in the van for them to wash off, change into their next outfits, and come back out, bringing their waterproofs with them for re-use. Meant we could film three scenes a day instead of the limit of two that's been the maximum until now, though Lucia and Honeysuckle eventually decided to go back into the mud wearing the waterproofs, which wasn't in the original plan! But it did also mean no hosedown videos at all for those scenes.

I honestly can't remember if there was a hosedown scene after this one, as while we have just released a Rosemary and Maude one on both sites, that followed on from a different mud shoot, not yet released. So this one may not have a companion hosedown at all. On the plus side though, the actual mud video is a full half hour long.

I only ask becuse the pink sports wear outfit looks a reat and would be interested to know if there are any shots of just that where the camera soaks it in.

The pink outfit did wash out fine in the washing machine, so it's possible Maude could wear it in a wetlook scene at some point, though at the moment this summer is planned to be mainly mud, and no formal shoot planning has been done yet.
