They look great, feel amazing, and are easy to control. I get the whole sandy, gritty feeling being uncomfortable but I never had that problem. I bake my crusts, so they shatter but never crumble. If that makes any sense. The tins, however, I could understand a bit more. Recently, I've been getting into taking the shell out of the tin. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy the visual aspect of a tin every now and then.
