Just found a pie scene from a HK drama from 2014.

The actress that got pied, her name is Whitney Hui.

In this storyline, she has stolen money from her boyfriend's company and left him for another man.

So the ex-boyfriend, played by Power Chan, whom has contracted cancer called her up abruptly and lied to her by telling her he found her diamond necklace and asked if she wants it back. She said "Yes" without knowing that what he is really up to; he was driving an ice cream truck that he just purchased.

When she saw his truck, she eagerly ran towards him. Before she could asked "Where's the necklace?" He smashed a plate of cream on her face and cursed at her "Damn you! Don't think you do not have to pay back what you stole from me. I will settle score with you soon."
