A pretty long to be fair pie fight from the communist era Czechoslovakian tv miniseries, Gagman. The series described the end of the silent era of Yankee film making (which speaking of reds and slapstick, the soviets took a lot of inspiration from Chaplin and the other silent movie slapstick stars you can read about it in a decent book by Owen Hatherly called The Chaplin Machine). This should be edited to site specifications as well like.
Nice one! And here's an earlier clip from the same director (apologies if this is a repost, but I have a particular fondness for this one since it's one of those that threatens initially to be a big disappointment, but turns out pretty nicely. Cute girls too!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWs9HgrmL2o

Yeah I recall this being mentioned, honestly there's probably a lot of stuff out there from the Eastern Bloc that would of been tough to find in the West. Could quite happily shift through those early soviet films to find something alike
